Honestly I would give it no stars. Today 8/17 around 1:00 pm me and my daughter go on the flower pot ride we were all on ready to go and the woman worker with red hair braids walks over to us and says “you have to get off we are closed” as she opens the door and his my daughter in the leg with it. We are platinum pass holders. We go to all the parks. Im always pleased with how clean and sanitary the animal exhibits are. I'm a huge animal lover and normally don't like parks like this. The animal care is incredible. Kudos

I am so disappointed I’ve been a pass member for 10 years now I’m not I’ve always given my guest tickets to my friends and family AND I NEVER HAD TO BE PRESENT….THERE IS A LINE THAT IS OVER 40 MINUTES JUST TO GO PASS THE TURNSISLES AND ITS BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE GETTING TURNED AWAY BC OF THIS SAME SITUATION.. DO NOT WORRY ME AND MY FAMILY ARE CANCELING ALL OUR PASSES BC THIS SUPPOSE NEW RULE THAT STARTED A WEEK AGO HAS NOW BECOME AN INCONVENIENCE FOR ME AND OTHER LOYAL MEMBERS OF SEAWORLD ENTERTAINMENT. THERE SHOULD NEVER BE A LINE THIS LONG NOT TO MENTION 3 HOURS AFTER PARK OPENING AND GUEST BEING TURNED AWAY FROM THEIR BENEFIT….

Pineapple chicken sandwich didn't have pineapple, for 20$ I would expect them to at least give you what they're selling. The rides were not designed to be inclusive for all sizes and my plus size friend was only able to ride two rides. The shows were extreamly short and you could clearly tell the animals were suffering from not being taken care of properly. There was no enrichment for the sea animals in the tanks and that was one of the biggest problems along side of the fact that the enclosures are not nearly big enough!! There wasn't much enrichment for the guests around the park or in the waiting lines either. I was not impressed, it seemed like they put just as much care for the human guests as they did the animals they hold captive. The bathrooms were the most lack-luster and untaken care of that I've ever seen at an amusement park. Overall this was my first time going as an adult and not a child. I had to keep myself from crying for the animals all day and it was literally the worst amusement park experience I have ever had. SeaWorld, I don't know what you're really doing with all your profit youre making, but if you plan on continuing to live off of the statement that you are rescuing and protecting animals.... Maybe don't mistreat them right in front of my face. Give these animals at your park a better life or find a more humane way of teaching the public about wildlife and conservation.

Quite disappointing, given the competition the park has. We struggled to find our way around the park, and they don’t seem to advertise the Orca show as they used to. The food and drink is boarding on robbery, and then they ask for a tip, even if you are just buying from a cart!! The rides that were operating were decent, favourite would be Mako.
