Horrible experience,Misleading, Rude Staff, Not Toddler-Friendly! I came with my 2-year-old for the Baby Shark meet-and-greet that the official SeaWorld app clearly advertised for 1:30 PM. We arrived early, excited for my toddler’s favorite character. Instead of joy, we were met with rudeness and disrespect from the very beginning. The first gatekeeper was extremely rude, acting annoyed and mad at us for even asking. She turned us away with zero kindness. Later, when we saw others being let in, we explained again that we were here for the meet-and-greet, not the show. We were finally allowed through, only to be stopped again by a second employee, who was just as rude and dismissive. Baby Shark was literally three steps in front of us, my toddler was crying and begging to meet him, and this employee still said “No, only for people from the show.” She repeated “no” over and over in a disrespectful way, refusing even a quick picture. We asked for a supervisor, thinking surely someone would fix this. Instead, the supervisor came and arrogantly told us, “The app is wrong, it’s not our fault.” How can that be an excuse? Families rely on your official app! How are we supposed to know it’s wrong? Then, when I asked to escalate further, the supervisor told me she couldn’t even call her own supervisor because “she didn’t know if she came in today.” Seriously? So there was nobody to escalate complaints to on-site? And here’s the funny (and sad) part: this entire argument, all this rudeness and disrespect, was over a 5-second picture that could have made a toddler’s day. Instead, my child left crying and heartbroken while staff shrugged and blamed the app. SeaWorld advertises events they don’t honor, treats families with disrespect, and has staff who take no accountability. This was a disgraceful experience for a family park that’s supposed to be kid-friendly. We even have video proof of how badly this was handled. Avoid if you have toddlers or young kids. SeaWorld completely failed us.

Not great, but not bad either. Quite a few of the rides were not operational the day we were there (A Wednesday), including many of the Sesame Street rides for the little ones. There's not many places here to escape the Florida heat, or the sun (The Orca show, Sea Lion show, and the Dolphin show are all held in stadiums with a roof over the seats, and some fans. One restaurant we found was air conditioned (Voyageur Smokehouse). The meal plan is a great deal. I recommend paying the extra $60 if you're planning on staying the entire day. If an extra $60 is not in your budget, do yourself a favor and get the souvenir cup with free refills. It was $9 the day we were there, and a cold drink was always appreciated in the sun 😊. While the park is not as big, or as tech forward as the Disney parks are, it still has that traditional feel to it, and makes for an enjoyable day for the family... Provided it's not too terribly hot. Those with little ones might want to bring a swimsuit, as there is a splash pad for the younger guests in the Sesame Street area of the park. Many laughs, and smiles were coming from that area the day we were there 😊

Loved this park, it was my kids favorite! There was plenty of shade and lots to do! Not quite as clean as Disney and I wasn't very impressed with the food. But overall had a great visit and will definitely be back!

Got here on the ode I trolley today stop number 24 gets you in directly no issues at all. Little money saving tip for you pal, always bring an empty water bottle with you to these places, be it seaworld, universal, disney etc all these places have free refillable water stations with ice and there normally found near or by the rest rooms, if ur from the uk then we call them the bogs! Ended up watching a sealion show, saw the dolphins, and did a rollercoaster which was ok today. Worth doing as I walked off and into a freezing cold penguin enclosure, interesting pal this one!
