SeaWorld is a park worth visiting once but with a limited offer of attractions that are very spread out. The posted waiting times rarely match reality and the management leaves much to be desired. Many operations are in the hands of inexperienced teenagers and there is no clear access control. They also do not measure children before entering the line and that causes arguments with parents and usual delays of between five and ten minutes on each train. The atmosphere in the stations feels chaotic because employees are distracted, talking to each other and showing little professionalism. The visit can have some interest but it does not leave you wanting to return and it is a park that can easily be skipped. They also ask for tips all the time constantly. I am not going to give tips to employees who are slow, unprofessional and in a bad mood.

SeaWorld Orlando was awesome! I had to go for two days 'cause there was so much to do. The food's a little expensive, but that's how it is at theme parks, right? The Orca Encounter and Dolphin Adventure shows were my favorite; those animals and trainers were amazing! The rides were fun too, even though the lines were long, but they were worth it. I'm totally getting a fast pass next time so I can ride everything more. The drone/light and fireworks show was incredible and worth staying late for. You should totally go with your family and friends, they'll love it! Oh, and bring ponchos or extra clothes if you're sitting in the wet zone at the Orca Show; I learned that the hard way!

Overall, I was having a wonderful time with my son. The park is amazing. However, my son was treated poorly twice. On August 31, 2025 between 3pm-5pm my son was racially targeted. The photographer that was taking pictures with Elmo barely wanted to take any pictures of him. This crushed my son. Then, my son seen a sea lion costume character and got excited . My son wanted to take a picture with the sea lion costume, character, and the staff with the red hair lied and said ( Caucasian boy ) was first . Which wasn’t true . This crushed my 3 year old toddler and I left abruptly.

I have been to SeaWorld San Diego and now Orlando. I would have to say that SeaWorld San Diego is WAY better. The staff here at the Orlando one were very rude, looked at us like they had no clue how to talk and just did not seem happy to be there. I also DO NOT like all of the money grabs in this park. We paid $452 for the SeaWorld ticket and the all day dining. The day of when we were going my husband got a notification from bank, that SeaWorld charged him for parking but didnt give him the pass. My husband called to get the pass and the customer service guy said "oh well" there is nothing I can do. They didn't refund him and he had to purchase them a second time. Not to mention, the guy hung up on my husband and my husband wasn't even being rude. It was pretty sketchy. When you get in there they make you pay for parking, lockers (even though there are bins in the rides to put lose items). You will also have to pay for their strollers if you want them, the flamingo boats etc. I was just not impressed. We were super disappointed for how much we paid for everything.
