(Translated by Google) I loved the experience, I just think there aren't enough staff! The rides aren't being operated by anyone! The shows with the whale and dolphins are a dream!

Nice to visit but expensive

(Translated by Google) Many employees lack empathy and sympathy towards visitors. The chairs they provide for height testing are not the correct size when you arrive at the attraction. This causes people to feel embarrassed.

Brilliant day out with lots of information about the animals there and how they have been rescued. Great rides as well and helpful staff. Highly recommend going during term time as queues were very short
