Seaworld. Horrific customer service. Bought no wait passes x 3. One flew off on mako ride- video proof per mako ride. Customer service said “not our fault we do not replace no wait passes” after mako ride said “walk to customer service and get another pass, we have video proof you were wearing it at start of ride” . Seaworld charged me another $100 for a replacement pass and said “it’s not our fault it flew off on ride” even tho we were not told to remove them. Bad bad bad - terrible Customer service.

Park was so quiet, queues were minimal, all round a great day out and if you buy discovery cove tickets, you get 14 days unlimited access to SeaWorld and aquatica 👍
