We had an unpleasant day at SeaWorld. Mostly due to bad communication and different policies at rides. First of all most ride operators and staff at eateries didn't have their day. The didn't show any interest in guests. Guest service and animal carers were very friendly and helpful tho. Note: All day dining is not all day. Most eateries open one hour after park opening and close 1 hour before park closure (which is not mentioned at forehand). Only 2 eateries are open till closure. For us it meant we had 11am till 5pm, with 90 minutes between each meal. On most coasters you can put your small backpack in an unsecured bin at the station. But for an unknown reason at some coasters it has to go in a paid locker. No free lockers available. Even if there is plenty of unsecured storage at the coaster station.

Sea World has excellent exhibitions for their animals and take really good care of them. They have saved over 41,000 animals. Their shows are awesome. My favorites were the Orca show and the penquin exhibit. The roller coasters are awesome. The food is very expensive and the shows should be scheduled farther apart.

I've always loved the shows and rides here. We unfortunately only got to stay a couple of hours because of storms raining us out. I gave it 4 stars because the park itself is really hard to navigate. We also had $20 coupons (that you have to pay for as part of your ticket), and no one really knew where we were supposed to go to redeem them. We got conflicting info on them just being able to be scanned vs having to print them. We eventually did get it resolved by finding a kiosk to print but that took a good hour trying to sort everything out. Kind of frustrating.

I was there on saturday First of all member lounge was closed so I could not take any cold drinks in this hot weather. Yes I can buy something to drink but since we are members we should be able to use it and it wss not.the first time.it was closed. Ok we went for starbucks coffee and cup of ice for my kids and there was 3 people by the window and I was supposed to be 4th but the employee said its closed. I was like the member plase is closed , its hot please one more person won't do big difference but he didn't care. Then we went for a kid ride and it was of course closed. The splash pad didn't work ( it was way before 5pm) . Then we wanted to go to the place my.kids like. Forget the name but there is wall made of ice but it was closed as well. We went for free popcorn and they didn't have it What a joke
