Yesterday my husband and me spent the entire day at SeaWorld. The plan was to spend the day together without the kids. We had bought tickets for Howl-O-Scream. We were told we had to move our stuff from the lockers in the front of the park bc that part of the park would be closed down. So we moved our stuff to the lockers by Mako. The sign at the lockers said that they were 2 hour lockers but if it were longer then you could click on retired locker and pay $1.00/hour after that. It was 11:00 pm and we went to the locker. It said that our pin was wrong and wouldn't give us our stuff. We were freaking out bc my phone was in there, our car keys, and other belongings. We went to the Mako gift shop and the woman called someone. They told her that everything that was taken from expired lockers were sent to the lost and found in the front of the park. We went to the front of the park and it was blocked off. The guy there said that he had no access to let us through bc that part of the park was completely closed. He called someone and they sent us across the park to the entrance of Howl-O-Scream. We finally made it there and they hadn't received anything. They got a hold of someone and they said they had to look into it. The woman there went walking around to the office to find a security guard to try to get them involved too. They had to get on a golf cart and go back to the front of the park. We had to fill out a report describing everything that was in the locker. Finally they brought us our bag. We had to check to see if all of our belongings were there and fill out another report. After an hour of panic, we were finally able to leave the park. That is when the other problem starts. We parked in handicap parking by the front of the park. Of course that part of the park was closed so we had to leave through the entrance/exit for Howl-O-Scream. That was on the other side of the park pretty much. That meant that everyone who were parked in the handicapped parking area had to walk all the way to their cars. This was so confusing bc obviously the handicapped needs to be close to their cars. There were a lot of handicapped people too. My husband and I love SeaWorld but after this damning experience our thoughts have definitely changed. 😲😳🤯😖

Its been 40 years since I visited SeaWorld. This trip, I was able to enjoy it with my wife and daughters. It was so much fun! I may have enjoyed it more than they did. We rode the coasters and rides, saw the dolphins and orcas, got soaking wet and it was awesome! Our oldest was able to feed the dolphins and be part of the show. Making core memories we will have as a family for a lifetime is what its about. We will definitely be back.

We love SeaWorld. My family and I been here twice. My daughter love the Orca show, Dolphins show, shark aquarium, and Sesame land. Only negative comment i have are pricey meal and the blazing sun (which SeaWorld has no control over that.

Guest support is sub-par compared to other resorts in the area. They seem to assume that their guests are already familiar with their park and how their fast pass works. They need to hire more people and more signs to guide their guests. We were disappointed with SeaWorld Orlando. I would not recommend to others.

Came here today for my son’s birthday. My family spent a LOT of money to go to this park. We know they were closing early at 7:15 for their event tonight but they shut down half the park at 5:15!!! After the orca show they started closing walkways. This is so unacceptable. The time stated is 7:15. We would not have bothered coming if we knew everything was closing at 5. You guys pissed off a lot of people. It is not cheap at all to come here and to trick your guests is despicable. Paying full price for a park that is closing early is outrageous. A huge rip off. Do not bother wasting your money!!! We came on a Saturday which is open later just for half the park to be closed.

The things they could improve on are: At 3 pm they stopped staffing the quick que lines- but they gave us passholders tickets that were only good after 3pm. The food is SOO EXPENSIVE it's sad.

The park closes at 6pm. They have a trick and when the Orca show finishes at 5:30pm, the park is already closed and they just push everyone through a one way route. In other words the park closes at 5:30pm which is not what I purchased. I know they got the halloween event, which I don’t mind, but put the true hours of operation. Exiting the parking was a complete NIGHTMARE! All day dining ticket not worth it at all, doesn’t cover WATER! Honestly I felt scammed when I left after paying $275 for 2 people.
