Park in need of better upkeep and maintenance. Dirty, bathrooms disgusting, missing stall doors, without toilet paper, smell. Air conditioned eating area near penguins had over head AC leak on all floor with no cones, warnings and employees didn’t seem to care. Food overpriced with quality of food lacking.

This park is awful; The rides and attractions are not staffed correctly, and the queues are chaotic. And the park is generally under staffed with staff poorly trained compared to the better parks. Queues are longer than stated largely due to this as the fact staff only half load some of the rides and don't manage the front of queues so it becomes a free for all. The food is poor quality even for a theme park. The park was generally over crowded and it can be hard to get in to the shows. Generally the park was notably worse than the likes of Disney and Universal. I would bot recommend wasting a day here, we arrived at 12, and had decided we had had enough by 3pm. If I wer offered free tickets to go again I still wouldn't waste my time here.

Sea world in Orlando is my favourite place to visit in my birthday. I would like to attach the video, but it’s strange today google map shows that can’t attach a video. Only one problem for me in Sea World , it’s not enough gluten free options on cafeteria

It was ok, lots of silly rules lole dont touch the glass your looking through to view the sea life ( must be running low on glass cleaner) lol its free parking with your Discovery Cove pass, which is good as Universal is $32 each time you visit to park osha sea world is worth a visit but its all card payment so dont take cash

The park itself was great. However the staff were the most unenthusiastic people I’ve ever encountered at a park, especially in America. Never seen so many miserable staff members in my life. The park was quiet and lines were very short for the rides, yet it took the ride staff ages to get people on and off the rides. They are in charge of our safety, they need to at least pretend they care

Great place is perfect for a family day. There is activity for all ages from the smallest to the oldest in your family they will all what to go back. Great food place is super clean staff is friendly and the animals are healthy and well taking care off.

My issue arose when we arrived at the gate during a relatively quiet time, resulting in me being placed in the second line. I had no idea that it would take over 30 minutes or more to receive assistance and enter the premises. The walk to see the Orcas was quite a bit of a trek, especially since we did it at the end. #Advice ….. see the whales first!
