My Family and I spent the day (Saturday 09/27/25) and had a fun time. The Halloween Spooktacular was a blast for all especially the candy drops. My only complaint is that we tried to go to see the Whales, Sesame Street and ride The "Journey to Atlantis" but at 6:00 it had been blocked off for the Horror Night. I don't think that is fair especially when i bought tickets knowing that the park was open until 8:00!! Very disappointed!! Also bring back the paper maps it is so much easier to see and plan your day!!

Long time since e last visit, thoroughly enjoyed our return with granddaughter for her 1st visit. Let down by slowness and lethargy of some staff when serving and when attending rides.

animals and rollercoaster are amazing. there is not enough drink refill stations around which is tough on hot days. Food is terrible and there was lack of organisation when queueing for rides. however the rollercoasters and everything else makes up for it
