We are Platinum Pass members & LOVE the park and benefits 😁 Our last visit was different than ever before so I wanted to share - we ate lunch with the Orcas, it was a beautiful experience 💜 Lunch was amazing my son (8) and I both loved our meals, rare occasion these days! The service was great, the show was even better and the Orcas are so cool to watch especially so up close and personal. We then fed and pet the sting rays, fed the sea lions and then fed sharks! My son and I couldn’t get enough of it and ended feeding all the animals twice. We then did the dolphin experience. We got to feed the dolphin, pet the dolphin and take pictures. Before the event started we got to watch them feed and train all the dolphins together the extra bonus was informational and fun for both of us as well! We got to the park at 12 and stayed until 6 & for the first time ever didn’t ride a single ride. I didn’t think it was possible to fun at an amusement park without riding the rides and I was WRONG !! We had a blast, we will definitely be having a “no rides day” once a month on our future trips back 🫶 Thanks SeaWorld for the magical memories made with my son 🐬💙🐋

Very nice park, definitely gave Busch gardens vibes which makes sense as it's owned by the same people. Was clean and lots of animals. Staff was very nice.

Excellent park, animals and rides. But their locker system makes the experience unpleasant.

Spent over $600 on park tickets just to pay an additional $80 on parking (2 cars- 8 guests). The website states only clear bags, no outside food or drinks except water bottles. We get to the gate and people have bags, snacks, lunch boxes, etc. We ate lunch at Altitude Burgers which was not only expensive but had some of the rudest employees I've ever encountered. Between lunch and drinks for 8 guests, we spent close to $200. And four of those meals were kids meals. Yes, I know everything is expensive but this seems a little excessive. Thankfully my daughter still had a great time because she loves all sea life but unfortunately we will not be able to afford coming back anytime soon.

The 2 shows we saw were the highlight of our time there. We paid a fortune for 5 of us and the all day food passes (the food was not good, don’t do it). We needed to change our time for the Dolphin Encounter to leave sooner (weather related and we live out of state), we were sent to different ticket counters all with long lines so we finally gave up even trying to change the time. The customer service is lacking big time, it was a bummer my husband and I hoped to share Sea World with our 3 kids, because we both loved it when we were their ages. I don’t recommend, check out LegoLand, Disney or Universal if you like good customer service and not runarounds.

Disappointed so much was closed. We visited on a Thursday in early October. Very few shows most were not operating. Many rides were closed. But what really angers me is there is a place at entrance when you pay to park that is supposed to show closed attraction… none were listed. We paid 1/2 of what it s posted for a daily rate so maybe that’s why - we got about 1/2 an experience. We enjoyed the penguin trex and Sesame Street though even Sesame Street had only 2 rides open. Will be my last visit.

Don't bother unless you have $$$$. Sure you can get into the park for $100, but you pay extra for any of the animal shows or experiences. The app gives horrible directions to everything. "Seaworld"?Where's any aquarium? 20 years ago you could pay one price and see the sharks and so many shows. Nope. Dolphin, small whale shows or Orcas. Nope. Now pay pay, pay for any "viewing". Unless you like rollercoasters, don't waste your time. Go somewhere where you can actually see sea life.

Animal facilities need clear improving. The dolphin nursery is the size of a backward pool at best with just adult animals.

As soon as we hit the parking lot, things started costing. We had a three park pass and parking was supposed to be discounted- nope, $37.50. Then, we realized we didn't bring a hat (my bad) and ball caps started at $33- pass. We had hoped to ride the Sky Tower- nope, not running that day. We decided to go see the dolphin show and that was good and fun (and included in the admission). After the show, we went to grab some lunch. We saw that the Meal Deal was now $60 per person and decided to pass and get enough food to share between the two of us- that turned out to be $78!! I decided to try one of the rides (Journey To Atlantis, which stopped and shut down the last time we visited the park) and although I hardly waited to get on the ride, it seemed very rough and lackluster- disappointing. The orca show wasn't until late in the day (only two shows scheduled, the first beginning very shortly after the dolphin show we saw earlier. We would have had to hurry all the way across the park to see the orca show) and by now, the novelty was wearing thin. We went to see the penguin exhibit and that was ok. The interior temperature is kept at around 24° which ensures that people flow through fairly quickly. My wife has mobility issues and began to wear down, so we called it after about 4½ hours in the park. Our hotel is within view of the park and we went to kick back for a while. Shortly after we got to the room, we heard the thunder and knew that a lot of the park was being closed. By 5 pm, it was raining so hard, we could not see the park from our hotel window (which we assumed would have canceled the second Orca show). All this being said, we just don't see the best bang for the buck at this park (or ANY theme park anymore, for that matter) and we just don't see ever going back. Admittedly, we are older, but our main issue/complaint is the sheer expense of it all. We hit several parks in 2025 and I think it's safe to say that we're done with amusement and theme parks. SeaWorld has really slipped over the years, but charges more and we're just done.
