Quite a few upgrades have been made since our last visit: Penguin Trek rollercoaster is now up and running (a quick 45 second ride that takes you through the penguin area after riding), RipTide (stand up style roller coaster) is a crowd pleaser as well. There were a few food vendors that were closed during our trip, mainly the one near the penguin area, which was a good one if memory serves. If wondering about the all day meal plan, it's a no brainer. Getting it actually saves you money in the long run. With a family of 4, it cost us just around $130 or so (one kid was free), but we ended up "buying" over $200 in food items throughout the day.

Warning! If you buy a 1-year pass other than a fun card during their November Black Friday sales, Sea World now only allows you to use the pass from the date you bought it, which is super unfair... That means if you buy a pass for a family member for Christmas and they don't use it until January, it is going to expire in November when you bought it... Seaworld has changed their policy on this and it's very unfair to the customer... We bought a mixture of silver passes and fun cards and now they expire at different dates... When we called about it, they would not do anything about it and refused to help in any way!

Very friendly staff and very family friendly. They have handicap accessible entrances at every stadium. The mime at the seal show is hilarious and friendly. I would recommend planning more than 1 day because there is so much to do.

Terrible customer service and dishonest pricing! They constantly change ticket prices, even for the same day (Howl-O-Scream). I bought tickets and found out they were cheaper later that day, but they refused to offer a refund or price adjustment. It’s clear they only care about money, not customers.

Understaffed - great rides and shows but operations are awful - loading rides takes 5x as long as other parks, entry to park and queues for dining again so understaffed takes unnecessarily long - this is not a complaint about busy-ness/crowding as we came on a quiet day - but you can simply tell the staffing/operations have been stripped to the gone and a skeleton staff - would not return anytime soon until this is addressed
