How do.you compensate a person that brings guests and the infinity waterfalls are closed okay I respect one day but it's been closed for 2 days and people are paying top dollar to go in there now I need my money back but you need to composite me today down you should broadcast that and not let people go in thinking that the ride is open. P e r o i d now what do you do about the situation I respect that things happen but for two days it's out of the question and people are paying a lot of money to come in there especially on this Sunday

This review is for the Howl O'Scream only. Pros - Great Monster Stomp show, the rave house was well set-out, the scare actors were good and the two rides which operated were good fun. Cons - Hardly any staff available -the ones we interacted with had no clue about lockers, queue lengths or locations of any amenities. The only staff we saw in any numbers were there to push alcohol shots at every busy area of the park. Our locker malfunctioned and it cost us $14.99 which we never got back due to there seemingly being only one maintenance guy on call, toilets are few and far between, massively understaffed, hardly any signposting, the official app wouldn't show our location and some of the houses pale in comparison to Universal's Halloween Horror Nights. I would not recommend this as it felt like wasted money to us.

I did the Flamingo Encounter today. I was by myself during the encounter and the Seaworld staff (Mason and I believe her name is Emily -the Flamingo Keeper (sorry if I got her name wrong) was absolutely incredible! One of the baby Flamingos named Zoey stayed by my side the whole time. I love Flamingos! Thank you so much for answering all my questions. Mason thanks again for taking all the pictures for me! It was a FLAMazing experience!!! :)
