I've been coming here since I was a little girl in the 90s and I absolutely love it. It's a fabric day out, great rides, shows and lots of animals to see from the dolphins, sea lions, amazing orca show to flamingos on the way around. Great atmosphere! Would definitely recommend.

The holloween horror night was horrible with horrible lines and too expensive. We will come back for a day trip to actually see it and try the rides which look really fun. But never again for the holloween horror night. They wanted $65 for parking on top and drinks like water and soda are about $6 in the bottles. We rode 1 ride and walked through 1 haunted house. The haunted house was 1 hour wait and took 1 minute to walk through. The ride was awesome once it was fixed. We went on the Icebreaker which was the only thing that made the night. If not for that ride we would never be back, honestly. I put a 5 star because of the Park itself. But the holloween horror night was a 1 star! No pictures because there weren't any worth taking.

Great if you love Rollercoasters! I love the sealion show and the dolphin show they great. I highly recommend fast pass on busy days. The top tier annual pass is a great bang for the buck.

Sea World was not great. It was the Halloween weekend before the holiday. The power went out for a couple of minutes, and nothing worked afterwards. A park that generates this much money, need to invest in better training of the staff when situations like today happen. A cashier broke down in tears by the stress of customers coming at her because tickets for events weren't able to be processed due to her system not functioning. It was like this throughout the park. I understand situations like this happen. But there must be a better contingency plan in place. As customers, we pay hundreds of dollars, and a manager saying, we need to come back when it isn't a holiday, is absurd. Our money can and will be better spent at a park that shows value to its customers. Not insane answers to simple questions. Or snide/rude comments when attempting to get guidance, no matter the situation. When I went to the womens restroom, the pipe was heavily leaking water under the sink. Again, noone around to handle the issue. For a multimillion industry, it lacked a good experience with a severe lack of customer service, as well as a definite need for maintenance and ipkeep. Training for duress under circumstantial situations is required in any job. Here, it should be mandatory.

Went to Howl o Scream at SeaWorld this year instead of Busch Gardens. All the staff and scare actors were super sweet and amazing at what they did, especially the guys over at Butcher's Block Tavern. The low rating comes from the fact that we were promised a 12am closing time, but got an hour and a half shorted for seemingly no reason? I'm not exactly sure why that happened but it was disappointing at best. People were rushed out of the park and we couldn't even get into the Guest Service line to see what had happened for it to close so suddenly. Again; This isn't about the actors or worksrs, they did amazing and I want them to get the recognition they deserve.

Paid to be here till 12am for howl o scream but park closed out at 10:30pm for no reason. Went to guest services but security (Officer Billy) and police told all guests that guest services line was closed and would not accept any guests for any concerns and no refunds will be distributed. Crowds of police were huddled around guest services to prevent anyone from entering and directed all guests to the exit. I've never been pushed out of a park so aggressively for no reason in my life. It was unreal. Avoid howl o scream

So disappointed. Imagine driving 2 hours just to find out they close an hour earlier than your ticket says. No explanation nothing. Will be getting a call to customer service

Really great coasters, the employees were extremely friendly. Penguin exhibit was unfortunately closed when we went, went on a slow day with minimal lineups. Awesome for kids, all the aquariums had an employee to tell you more about the aquatic life in the tanks. Really went for the rides, Manta and Mako were easy favourites. Really short lines on a weekday in October.
