Better off throwing money in garbage than going here. Extremely unorganized from checktin time, parking to closing. 35$ for parking, unorganized checkin, some rides open at 11 while others at 10 which is not listed anywhere. Everything inside is Extremely expensive and if you see the list, it's lot more stores and restaurants than real attractions. Better off going to public summer fairs which are free except for one or two shows. Any other random option that you can think of doing in the area would be lot better than this. In addition they have booths listed as vacation guides or whatever nonsense, who keep torturing and chasing visitors with schemes and fake free tickets and resorts and stuff. Who even pays money to deal with this. This park is a joke with poor management, no structure and absolutely horrible experience. The rest rooms were very dirty right after the opening time i.e looks like not cleaned vs just got dirty due to people using them. Whole bunch of rides and attractions are closed with no update anywhere. For example, the app doesn't say penguins is closed, but when we go they said it's closed. Even guest services have no idea of the closed attractions. This says everything. Also very poor customer service. No staff even smiles except for one or two and shows no interest to answer any questions or help visitors. In summary very bad customer service, poor management and no cleanliness

Went to SeaWorld Orlando yesterday off of a whim and wow….. this park has declined so significantly and has the poorest management I have ever experienced in a LONG TIME. The tone of my visit was set before I even entered the park. I stopped at the front gate restroom to the use the bathroom where the AC was not functional, the restroom was severely lacking in any cleaning, and a stall door was even just completely missing from one of the toilets. After entering the park I found the guest flow to be very low, the park was not busy at all. Therefore I was expecting a nice day with minimal wait times….. WRONG. I was shocked to find that the park chose to cut their staffing drastically. Mako was being operated by THREE operators. That was it. I was horrified as someone who works in theme parks, that a large attraction like Mako would only have 3 operators and was running with 1 train online. This turned what would have been a 5-10 minute wait into a 45 minute wait. No groupers or greeters to speak of anywhere, an awful group yourself system made it even worse. After that awful experience we went to get a bite to eat at the seafire grill. Waited about 20 minutes there for a COLD chicken sandwich that was supposed to be buffalo ranch and had the most pathetic little dollop of ranch and buffalo on it and get this…. They charged $19 for that! The tiniest side salad you can imagine? $9! One cookie? $8! Extra side of fries?? $9!!! I was mind blown! The dining area was also dirty and not maintained with no napkins in sight. Again, this was on a VERY SLOW day. Hardly any other people throughout the park. I can no longer justify visiting SeaWorld. It’s become clear that corporate greed is the priority here. The executives only care about cutting corners in every way possible to continue lining their pockets. It’s only a matter of time before safety becomes compromised next (though that already seems to be the case with skeleton crews at high level attractions like MAKO). On top of this, as though the horrible guest experience isn’t enough they practice EXTREMELY deceptive pricing strategies by tacking on a hidden %5 surcharge to absolutely anything and everything you purchase in the parks to avoid raising the price (does that sound sketchy or what!!). SeaWorld operates with absolutely no care for their employees and customers and I will no longer support companies like this. I know I will never be giving them my money ever again.

Do not waste your time coming here. Essentially on fright nights. The park primarily focuses on the night activities. Majority of the park is closed. There were no dauphin shows or animal iterations the day I visited without spending additional money for private tours. The restrooms were filthy. SeaWorld needs to take notes from Disney. Disney makes sure that guest that aren’t visiting for Halloween activities still gets the full park experience.
