Before you even start out with the experience, they hit you with $37 to park your vehicle. Just in order to visit there property, what a slap in the face to their customers. And what a bad way to start your visit other than that. The price is in the park Are money-grubbing ridiculous? $10 for French fries $,10 for a drink, very rarely. Can you find a park employee walking? Anywhere in the park that you can ask questions or directions. The ones that you do ask give you wrong answers. They don't even know where their own attractions and rides are. We were given An eight different answers to the same question.Nobody there knows anything they only have.The good shows like two times a day hours apart and the shows are not even that good.This place is nothing but corrupt money.Grubbing.They don't give a crap about their customers.Stay far away from this place.

I got robbed and a former worker from the exact destionation told me that the staff would steal stuff from the clients on the rides. So let me tell you my story. It was on 13th October, the "Mako" attraction that we visited, the staff made us leave our bag with them for the ride so we did. The ride was great, we started to leave the place when I noticed my sunglasses were missing FROM the bag. This means "someone" has taken my stuff FROM THE BAG. We were just going down the stairs when I noticed so we went back immediately. No more than 2 minutes. They pretty much ignored us and told us "no we didnt see any sunglasses" while we were checking the box, so somehow they just disappeared. Now, these are not expensive sunglasses, about 70 dollars, but the fact they were TAKEN FROM THE BAG was something that shocked us. What more could have been taken so easily? We asked them for camera footage - of course it was denied. They just sent us to "Customer Desk" - we waited about 40 minutes on the queue, just to be told "Oh God, no you shouldnt be here, why did they send you here??". Now, getting more and more suspicious, isn`t it? They referred us to "Lost and Found" - here it is getting ridiculous - the station didn`t work. Imagine you lost a wallet? Anyway, we kept on our day and decided to come back later. We did, we asked them to check the camera footage as we gave them: time, location, photo of my glasses. Everything. They said "Sure, they will check and we will call you". We never got that call. So we went again :). At this point, I was just mad and stubborn. The lady just told us "Yea, they didnt call yet". Okay, then call them? It looked like they were just covering each other - one was robbing and the other was doing nothing to help us. We asked for someone else to help us and they sent us to security. Crazy, but the girl was the only one to at least pay attention to us. We gave her again the whole information - they just had to check who took my glasses at the exact time and location. She got our email and told us that they will start "investigation". One month later all we got is automatic email "We are still investigating" and finally the conclusion "We couldn't find anything". I wonder why? Did we pay to get robbed by the staff and the park to cover it? I guess. So keep your belonging safe - you never know. Otherwise, the rides were great, can`t complain about this.

Florida born and raised and had not been to sea world until last summer. I really enjoyed the roller coasters and was impressed by the things to do at the park. I would love to go back if I get a chance.
