Fun. But parking shouldn't be what it is. Animal enclosures are way to small. And the orca encounter is just a speech where you fall asleep. How to get a job and then 15 minutes of the orcas throwing water on people. Really dumb

Great park a few things: airport pricing has nothing on this place. $40 min for parking. A $15 bud light? $6 bottle of water? restaurant staff seems bummed, dine all day? Not really and only in certain places. dehydrated? Too bad, try and find a water fountain or Wait in an hr long food line to get an ice water. Try n go out n come back? There's a fee.

Nice staff cute animals. Horible policies horible prices. You wanna charge 5 bucks for 2 hours for a ride that lasts less than 5 minutes..........anyone else wondering if they are nuts or just have no concept of reality. The staff however are super sweet, and helpful. Word to the. Wise for anyone who comes here the. "Policy" is a scam. We are halfway through the park and have yet to find anything authentic to do. The animals are half hidden and have been taken over by the roller coaster and sessamee st. Yall need to remember your here to promote awareness for animals not line your pockets.

This place should be called EA Games park, first 40 dollars parking, then the ticket which is fine so far. Then you have to pay to meet animals (kinda the point of a seaworld) 15 dollars for ice skating per person and the one that killed me was the odyssey, pay 5 dollars for putting my bag in a locker for a ride. Pretty much pay for the attraction and many others as well. Who needs 2 hours locker for an attraction????? The team member said it is what it is. I came here 6 years ago, and my wife when she was little; this is a poor excuse of a park which I do not plan to come ever again

We had a nice time here. I do have one complaint about the people in stilts. They seemed like they might have been drunk and the blonde woman on stilts was literally hazing my autistic daughter because she had a pumpkin on her shirt in December near Christmas time. It was light hearted at first, but then she kept going and pickimg at her so much we actually just walked away from her because she was making my baby upset. The park was decorated beautifully for Christmas though, we were upset that the park closed at 7 that day because we didnt have enough time to do everything.

I visited today 12/12/25 after visiting disney and universal i thought the place was a complete let down 5 rides were not working the toilets are filthy and the restaurant was really dirty ive taken some pics the floors and chairs were dirty and old, then at the end of the night bought a hot choc for my granddaughter but was told they had run out of special hot choc cups so had to have one half the size and then not allowed to use the cup for refil charged full price 13 dollers walked around the corner and there advertised at 4 dollers not the best experience at all that's why I only give it 1 star

Came from tx for a better experience ,security staff being rude to people,if they hate their job quit.needs more attention on that but other than that short lines at roller coasters everyone i saw frendly
