So I'm a passholder for a very long time at Seaworld, this years holiday events, i'll say, just go anywhere else this year. The christmas walkthrough is gone so there's random lightly decorated trees here and there, the season of trees is 3 christmas songs, not even a 10 minute show with only two working trees showing anything, 3/4 of the trees are half lit, do not waste your time staying for the "fireworks" theres literally only two pops of fireworks and the rest is those half working christmas tree show and the fountains that you can't even see. There's actually more fireworks during the winter wonderland ice skating show. Which actually is probably the only thing that hasn' gone down in quality for seaworld during the holidays, but of course you have to pay for seats...When I mentioned the firework show being so lacking to guest services I was told "we don't do a fireworks show" well that's funny cause it's here on the app, i'm adding the screenshot I showed her of that and she just said ohhh, well we don't do fireworks. So my holiday visit this year...not impressed at all for all the money I spend to go to seaworld year round this was a joke for the holidays. Might consider just shifting to another park when this is up cause it just keeps going downhill every year and I want to take my kid to a park that's actually exciting. At least some emplyees dressed up and looked like they were in good spirit to be there....the bartenders...always the friendliest!

Very organized, I didn't get lost. Loved the dolphin and orca encounters. The bathrooms could be more clean but it's a theme park so not too much to complain about there. Good price, we paid for our tickets through discovery cove.

It’s disgusting that people still spend their money here. Keeping orcas confined to small, concrete pools is blatantly inhumane. These animals are intelligent, social, and meant to travel vast distances—not be trapped for entertainment in a bathtub. By supporting this place, you’re funding people who clearly don’t care whether these animals live or die, as long as they can keep making a profit off of YOU. Taking your child to a zoo or a legitimate wildlife sanctuary is a far better option than backing an operation built on exploitation.
