Love it!! They take such good care of the animals and show a true passion for animal care. I was a little sceptical based on public opinions of aquatic centers but boy are they wrong. Those animals look genuinely happy, well-fed, cared for and many are rescues. The lines were sooooo much shorter than Disney. I literally went 4 days in a row and still wish to go back! Very kid friendly. A lot of walking as assumed so take a stroller or wagon if need be.

My brother surprised my kids with a trip to sea world. First time experience for them and they loved it. They enjoyed the rides and all the animals they could see. Only problem we had was with customer service staff. Towards the end of the night we had an issue and when asked for help by another staff member we were directed to CS as told by a manager. And when we arrive to CS instead of helping they were rude, unprofessional and lied about never being called when we were on speaker with the staff member. Refused to bring us the manager or the staff member that called them because I knew his name, to clear up the situation. They just say no. And with that ending it definitely ruin the night, the holiday them was good, but due to staff we would probably never go again. One time visit and that’s it.
