It was nice to see the dolphins, touch the stingrays, check out the whales and the manatees. That said, save up to go to the Georgia Aquarium instead. In Seaworld Orlando, the habitats are pitifully small, the restrooms have a very strong pee odour, the few restaurants' floors and tables are sticky, and the food is best left uneaten. Do NOT get the all day dine pass. Unless you have hypoglycemia and an iron stomach, sustain yourself with a sandiwch, salad or fruits, and get out. The two stars are because of the animals and the helpful staff.

William at customer service was amazing. Took care of all issues we had, but went even further beyond. Excellent customer service.

I almost wanted to give this 3 stars because when I went (in January) like 1/4th the things there were closed. Lots of closed restaurants and rides. Some whole big sections of the park were blocked off. It's one of the more affordable parks, but $100 still seemed like too much with so much closed. But still, the animals seemed happy and healthy and were friendly. It was still a fun experience, just could have been better. Their newest ride, Expedition Odyssey, was great and I wish the park had more like that instead of basic coasters. But was sold on getting a locker outside of it which was really a scam when it wasn't needed. The park doesn't do enough to make apparent how much space (or not) the whales and porpoise have.

While it may seem entertaining, the sadness in the environment is noticeable. It’s important to think about the message we’re giving our children — teaching them that keeping animals in captivity for shows and profit is acceptable only normalizes animal exploitation. These animals deserve respect, freedom, and humane treatment, not a life confined for human entertainment

The shows are on the little shorter end but very exciting. The rides were tremendous and a great value for the cost of the ticket. We got the all-day meal which was great but stay away from the Japanese food there LOL

I thought SeaWorld Orlando was incredible already, but going at Christmas time? Magical! The iceskating show and violinist were phenomenal! The lines were shorter than I expected. The shows were amazing! The food was delicious! This place is 100% worth having a platinum pass. I don't think I'll ever tire of coming back.

It was not too crowed, but not too empty. The shows were a great way to break the day. The rides are the biggest in Orlando!

The park was clean. The roller coasters were absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of Mako and Pipeline. I deducted one star because the food isn't stellar.
