(Translated by Google) Due to the weather, it wasn't possible to enjoy it enough, and the facilities are not as clean as one would expect, especially the bathrooms. So much better than Busch gardens. Everything is clean, looks up to date, no long wait lines and doesnt have buckling cracked parking lot. Everywhere we went to eat. The food was so much better using the dining pass. Then, at Bush garden's.. Everything was well stocked, wiped down and the employees. It seemed friendly here. Most importantly, the animals I looked happy. And well taken care of unfortunately, but I can't say the same for bush gardens.

The animals looked healthy but a lot of the guest were the problem unfortunately. My husband got kicked a few times and we saw a guest smoking a cigarette in the park. The animal encounters were beautiful though

(Translated by Google) A beautiful place but less suitable with small children And it's not good to come in the winter when all the water facilities are closed and many stalls are closed There are only two shows a day of dolphins, whales and sea lions A long time apart We were with small children aged 5,7,8 Who had almost nothing to do there except 3 facilities adapted to their age (Original)

This had to be the rudest staff we have encountered in a theme park. My husband and I are platinum pass members with 7 children. We were excited to check out sea world for the first time in several years. I spent quite a bit of money for your employees to make me feel like a criminal today. Your “guest services” is a joke. One worker. No shade. Waited close to 30 minutes and got a sunburn just trying to print some pass member benefits only to be met with rudeness because it was my fault I didn’t understand the double dining discount couldn’t be redeemed because I had used it at Busch gardens. I could not find a self service kiosk anywhere- walked all over the park trying to print the double dining discount myself with the kids crying they were hungry, they really need to be better labeled. .anyway. I mentioned that they had 1 person working guest services while we all waited in the sun and was told they were changing shifts- we all in line had watched them chat behind the desk and joke around. It just seemed like they enjoyed pissing off the customers and making us wait. Your one female worker literally rolled her eyes at me and it took quite a bit of restraint to not call her out for being so rude. The poor girl that couldn’t find her walrus encounter today was in line the same time I was and I just saw her review they were rude to her too. Not surprised. Tried to use my platinum reward “front of line” on the penguin ride. Was told, you can’t use that here. It’s too new. All of the other rides at this point are on a 5 minute wait, and the one ride with an actual long wait where that would have been beneficial won’t accept the pass. How convenient. So I wait and save it for later in the day. Your worker at Kraken tells me “okay you have one skip the line but what about your boys?” I had my 12 and 15 year old sons with me. I’m told I can go by myself and they have to leave and go wait in the regular line. Come on sea world, you know this policy is punishing families. Families are not buying every member a platinum pass. No one can afford that. So you’re basically telling me I can’t even use that benefit because why am I riding any rides without my children? Busch Gardens scans 1 skip the line and let’s the entire party go. Also your child swap policy is poor compared to Busch Gardens. BG allows guests to take a ticket and return later in the day and hop in the quick queue line.. Sea World however says 1 parent has to actually wait in line the entire time. That leaves us in a bind, now myself or my husband is stuck with multiple young children alone for up to an hour while the other waits which can be dangerous in a crowded theme park with toddlers that like to run. It is stressful. The entire day I felt stressed out which made it difficult to have any fun. All of your policies seem to do nothing but make life harder for families. We will be giving our money elsewhere next year. Don’t even get me started on your food prices. I spent over $60 on 5 kids meals and that was with a double dining discount and a platinum member discount, just for them to complain they were hungry again 30 minutes later. Your only redeeming quality is that your coasters are fun and most of the wait times today were reasonable. The gentleman working the parking entrance was kind as was our waitress at the restaurant by the sharks.

Me and my family went to sea world and the staff was awful! It was terrible! No one knew where anything was, no one was kind, no one cared, it was just such a bad day. We had a Walrus Encounter and NO ONE, I shit you not, NO ONE, knew there was such a thing! We spent $600 on this encounter and ran for an hour asking how to get to it, how to find the tour, where it was, and no one had any idea! Guest services didn’t give an ounce of consideration, we ran too them, sweating and annoyed and she ignored us, got a piece of candy for herself, and then told us there was no walrus. Another guest services didn’t give had a huge line, everyone was irritated, and I had expressed my annoyance and what was going on and she just sighed and said “we don’t have anything to help”. We eventually found the tour at the sky tower, although we were 20 minutes late. The rides weren’t organized, everyone was doing their own thing. The only reason why I’m giving it two stars is that, if the staff was better and knew what they were doing, it would have been an amazing time. The rides are fun, the animals are adorable, and the tour guides were kind. I don’t know if they were understaff but I truly wish it was better.

Seaworld is not handicap friendly! First, the rules state my daughter can't use her walker. Fine, we brought her wheelchair. Then, in the shows, they don't give enough room on the handicap benches for families to see the show together. My older two kids had to be separated from me so that my youngest could watch. This caused my oldest child with autism to have a meltdown. The lady told me too bad that's the rules! How rude and unacceptable!!! I am highly disappointed. So much money and the day is ruined. Thanks for nothing Seaworld.

Sea World has been my favorite for years. It has great shows, rides and extraordinary interactions with animals. However, it was disappointing this time to experience a big decay in service, cleanliness and maintenance. Some examples: We were treated rudely at the Odyssey Experience by the person giving the instructions and at one of the restaurants we visited. The food outlets closed early without a warning, before we could get our meals that had been paid for. The restrooms were dirty and lacked the basic maintenance. This among other issues. Sad to say I would not go back again.

(Translated by Google) Terrible organization. Despite the park opening at 9 am, the rides open around 11 am without any prior notice. They blame it on the cold, even though it isn't. This creates a great sense of insecurity regarding the operation of the rides. It feels like they're waiting for lines to build up to "make it last longer" and save resources.
