I wasn’t able to use my all day dining the day we went to SeaWorld. The e ticket did not pull up after I used it to get into the park. We were more worried at the time about riding the rides before it rained. I tried contacting SeaWorld after I got back home and they said since it was part of the ticket they couldn’t give a partial refund. To me that’s terrible customer service. This isn’t the first or last time either because a worker at the restaurant says it happens all the time. You’d think there would be some sort of compensation or they would fix the issue instead of inconveniencing their guests. If you go to the park don’t buy the all day dining. Half of the food you want and some of the restaurants aren’t included with it. Waste of money anyway when it doesn’t work. Disappointing.
