Shout out to the crew that ran “Penguin Trek“ coaster. They were amazing when it came to my daughter wanting to ride. She’s on the spectrum and has a hard time communicating what she wants/needs. Extra shout out to “Aj” for being so kind to her while making safety checks.

I want to commend one of your guest services employees and how she went over and above to make our SeaWorld experience an A++. Jenny was extremely helpful and patient. Sunday March 1st 17:50: absolutely nobody watching who actually has fast passes at Ice Breaker. Everybody just went fast lane. A complete and utter fail of a paid premium service. Also the staff serving the food looks miserable. Come on Seaworld admin team ! What is going on with your park?

Amazing place, just be aware if you get there early most of the food and drink vendors do not open till 10-11.

Wow what happened. Over priced. Bathrooms stunk and not just one. Staff seemed to not care. Tables with dirt and trays on them staff just walked by. No clean trays. Why am I paying for parking.
