Do you like waiting in incredibly long lines? Or do you like not having any attractions open and no idea when or if they will be? Either way this is the park for you. Weekends this place is packed and a hot mess, parking is insanity, security and front entrance aren’t staffed properly, and trash cans are overflowing. Weekdays this place can be a ghost town in the off season but they make up for it by closing most of the park and nothing in their app or signage indicates when and if attractions will open. And most of their staff don’t care enough to know what’s going on.

Loved the experience. My 15-month old had a blast. I am sure the off season timing helped, hence will recommend it if bringing young kids.

The visit to this place was very disappointing. Southeastern Employment and Training conference trusted this establishment to feed their conference attendees and purchased tickets for our group and all of the food vendors closed except one. The shark and dolphin encounter was very nice. But for every food vendor to close because they knew a group of people were coming just seemed catty to me and our food had been paid for in advance. That is not how you build trust with customers and have reoccurring customers. I definitely would have wanted to take my grandson here until this encounter. It’s a no for me. The one food vendor that stayed open was aptitude burger and the food was horrible and the staff were rude.

My family and I had a really fun time. Favs were the dolphin tank, penguin rollercoaster, dolphin show and sea lion/otter show. Def a more laid back vibe than other parks. We went on a Mon. If you want to try the food festival items there are a lot more options Thurs to Sun.

For some perhaps this is their favorite place to visit especially if you are a roller coaster lover. That's great!!!! However to spend as much as we did for tickets, parking and food only to have most if not all of the kiosk food stands, some restaurants and some rides completely closed for the day...this was a huge disappointment. Some of the guest service members throughout the park were not kind. We were given a stamp of approval to come back another day for free. We have chosen not to. There were limited animals. No animal shows but one which was mediocre. Now lets talk about the rentals for a moment. I injured my knee before coming to Floirda. So my last minute extra expense has been to rent a scooter. This cost me $126 total with no refund. All the other parks, Disney Springs included give you a refund at the end of the day when you return it. The bathrooms were dirty. I think with all the money that is being taken from start to finish by those who visit, Sea World needs to do some upgrades. There isnt much to do or see here at Sea World. Check before you go to make sure what you are going for isnt closed.
