Good day overall. Felt like they didn't have enough food options open.

The park itself is fantastic however customer service and being able to actually reach anybody in case of an incident or lost possessions or anything else is dumb the fact that there's nobody at lost and found and the only thing you can do is scan a QR code when you call it doesn't matter what day or what time it is you can't get ahold of a person at all is absolutely beyond absurd! Do better

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of consistency and customer service at SeaWorld Orlando. I attempted to upgrade my existing College Pass ($119) to the Florida Platinum Annual Pass, which is currently advertised online for $366.00 (discounted from $534.00) as part of the Spring Break Sale. Despite having a clear screenshot of the official website showing the $366.00 price point at 3:36 PM today, the front gate staff refused to honor the promotion. Instead, they insisted on charging $548.00—nearly $200 more than the advertised rate. I spoke with staff member Carolina and supervisor Andre, both of whom were unwilling to match the company’s own live pricing or provide a reasonable explanation as to why the online offer wasn't being recognized for an upgrade. It is incredibly unprofessional to force guests to pay a "gate premium" that contradicts your own digital marketing. If you are looking to upgrade your pass, do not expect the staff at the Orlando gate to help you or honor the prices you see on your screen. Total bait and switch.

I just returned from SeaWorld and I must say, I am disappointed. I saw a couple of shows while there, and while they were entertaining, the part clearly suffers from a management problem regarding training of the staff and operation of the park. When we first arrived going through the security line rather than being appreciative of their guests, they were barking at us where we could and could not stand, even though we were at the opening of the park and no one was there. After we left the security area We proceeded to find a locker. We went to the Locker station and none of the lockers worked. There was some type of software glitch with the system. Park employees came by. They had no idea what was wrong. As we left the Locker area, A couple of employees wanted to give us free passes to come another day, which I thought was strange. It was then I noticed that the coasters were not running. Apparently two of the coasters were down and at one point in time it looked like three of them were down. We saw the dolphin show which was entertaining. We booked a 1 o’clock lunch to they are exclusive restaurant, the Mako Grill or something like that. We arrive there at about 12:10 PM and told the host we had a 1 o’clock reservation. Is it possible we could sit early? The restaurant was mostly empty. The hosted pointed At our meal plan wristbands and told a sharply that you know you can’t use those in here, right? I said yes, I know. And then she says I can’t see you before you 1 o’clock reservation. I asked Stephen though there’s nobody here. She’s like I’m sorry I can’t see you before your reservation. I was thinking about asking her for a table of three stating we had no reservations just to see if we could sit down at that point, but I didn’t want to be viewed as difficult. We watched the orca show Which was entertaining. At this point, I’m hungry, but I did not want to go back to that restaurant with a rude hostess. So I went to a quick serve to use my wristband meal plan. I’m looking over the options the meal plan let you get one drink one entrée and one dessert I get them and I’m deciding if I want to add an additional item which I would gladly pay for. Again, there’s maybe a dozen people or so in this place at the most and three people in line and no one at the cash registers at this point. As I am looking a lady comes over and starts barking at me telling me I got my three items get out of the line and go over to register three to check out. Again, not to be difficult I start walking over the year and I asked where is the forks and napkins and she’s rushing me saying hurry up go to that register. Just put your stuff down so they can ring you up the forks around the other side. I shook my head because my tray was already down, and I was presenting my wristband for scanning at this point when she’s telling me to do this, and I’m just wondering to myself at what point have they lost the focus on the guests in this park and made it about getting barked at because you’re not moving fast enough or doing things the way they like it. I ate my greasy food and we left the park after staying about three hours at the most because if I wanted to be treated badly, I would’ve gone to Disney I can’t give it one star because the shows were entertaining to be fair I hope this helps someone if they decide to go to Seaworld Ken

Was at the show where Tilikum the orca whale dragged his trainer to the bottom, a death that was then blamed on the trainer. It is disgusting this place has not been shut down. Everyone who works here should feel guilty for being prison wardens to these animals. They starve them to force them into doing circus acts. Absolutely vile

Some of the animals are harder to find, but still love to see them all. Everything is just so pricey its hard to go enjoy the whole park without spending an arm and a leg.

I was at seaworld about oh got 20 plus years ago the last time we went. I was not too impressed then. I kind of thought it was more of a over glorified six flags sort of thing. They didn't have the roller coasters that they have now. That is pretty cool now. We didn't do any of them because my spouse unfortunately rarely can't go on them and I'm not going to be the one who goes and then he doesn't. So that's what happened. But they made changes for one thing they've done away with the shows with the exception of the otter and seal show. The whale shows are now done for educational purposes. Cuz SeaWorld went through a lot of hot water because of the orcas that they had along with some of the dolphins too. I personally have never been a fan of having dolphins at orcas in captivity because they are what I would consider intelligent. Intelligent can be taken several different ways and I mean just cuz you human doesn't mean another life form is as intelligent or more intelligent than you are in its own way. The aquarians are very nice as usual. They've definitely upgraded some of them. I really enjoy the one where you walk through the long tunnel. That is really nice. You have the sharks and the rays swimming all around you. Basically now my sister-in-law who went down with us. We took her to Disney as well as universal. We didn't care for Epcot center at all. That was the one we actually went to that changed over the past 25 years. It is definitely not what it once was and I'll put it. Honestly I reckon and not going. Magic Kingdom was fine except the haunted Mansion was down for some kind of a issue and it was down the entire day which is very rare. But other than that it was fun. Universal was fun too, but does SeaWorld definitely wasn't ridiculously overcrowded even for a weekday and we had a good time. Food was halfway decent. We ate at the Gordon Ramsay's fish and chips. Now. I'll be honest this is not like the fish and chips in one of his regular restaurants. This is really more of a fast food joint, but the staff was exceptional, especially Dee. Or is it Bee I'm not sure my hearing isn't perfect anymore. It's not that it was that bad. It's kind of noisy in that restaurant and if there's a lot of background noise it screws up my hearing. But she was outstanding. I'll tell you they really picked a good one with her. She was funny. She actually came out and sat with us for a little while we chatted and stuff. It was really cool and the food like I said it was decent. It just wasn't as good because it's obviously fast food and she she said that perfectly. She says yeah if you're expecting the Gordon Ramsay experience this really isn't it. But she goes. I think you'll like the food and we did. It was decent. You could have. We had lobster shrimp fish. It was good enough and it wasn't overly priced. So I definitely recommend SeaWorld if you're a roller coaster fanatic you'll love it here because they've got some of the best roller coasters in one area. I mean a lot of places you have to go and find one coaster here or there. But this one's got a lot of them and they're right. They're all above you so you get you the screaming directly above you which is kind of fun
