We really enjoyed our day at SeaWorld. It wasn't very crowded and we were able to ride all the big coasters with very little wait. Liked the shows but wish the otter and sea lion show lasted longer. Would definitely go back.

This is one of the filthiest unfriendly parks I have ever been to. Every restaurant smells like the bathrooms that smell like a porta potty. We came from AZ and spent the entire day here and I don't think one staff member greeted us kindly in fact most were shot and rude. The only saving grace is that the roller coasters are pretty cool with short wait times. Beware of buying the quick queue pass because there are varying levels of them and most of the good rides you can't even use it. Feels a bit like a bait and switch once you get to the park. Parking is more expensive than universal. We spent three days at universal it was a stark difference in cleanliness and friendliness. I would even say the San Diego Sea world is much better. You can certainly skip this one and if not it is not an all day event either.

I have been to SeaWorld Orlando several times. I visited in 2023 with five children, and this past Friday, the 13th of 2026, with nine people. The 2023 experience was awesome; however, this most recent visit was the worst. First, they shut down the Kraken at 5:00 p.m. and said it would be the last ride, but there was no reason given. Many of the other rides had exaggerated wait times. For example, the Manta outside had a 120-minute wait, but inside it was less than 10 minutes. The soda machines were barely working, with no ice in sight, and no one was trying to fix the issues. SeaWorld is not a cheap experience, especially for nine people, so customer service should be much better.

People smoke in the queue lines, big groups of teenage kids will skip the lines and claim their friends are up ahead. Cedar point doesnt allow any of this and I miss living up north for this reason. A lot of the ride wait times are false. Penguin Trek said 30 min wait, but my fiance and I just walked right on. I donr like the fact that I must walk through the penguin exhibit afterwards. Wish I would have known this, I had already walked through it prior to riding the ride. They want to talk about, help us keep the oceans clean, but they cant even keep their own lakes clean.

Got to finally use our platinum passes. We had a lot of fun. Did not ride any rides but seeing all the animals was enough to fill the entire day.

Worst experience at an amusement park ever. Dirty bathrooms dirty parks. Rude staff. Only thing positive are the rides. Management encourages the bad employees and do nothing to help the guests. As a local and someone who goes to all the amusement parks. Skip this place. The ride attendant ABBY was particularly and extremely rude.

There is no communication between employees and where things are. Asked 4 different people about shark and dolphins encounter check in and no one knew until someone finally mentioned to ask someone in a green shirt. Only to find out we had been to the right place for the shark encounter but the person at the sky tower sent us back to the shark area instead of having us check in at the counter around the corner, which ended in us missing the reservation. Went to order food got told they can help you on the other side then told oh no it’s at the other kiosk to order wasting at least 30 min or my time alone. Worst experience ever. For the price. NOT WORTH IT. Scooter rental is $40 more than at Disney and they are way older too.
