Our trip to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was excellent, but mainly because of our brilliant guide, Bee. Her boundless enthusiasm, her love of Banff National Park, her knowledge of the wildlife and environment, and her enjoyment of life came across in everything she said and did. Gabi was an amazing guide! Very informative and kind. The tour itself was beautiful and highlighted many parts of Banff. We were able to see a big horn sheep and soooo many elk which was a wonderful experience.

Our guide Georgia was very knowledgeable about Banff and the wildlife in the area. We did see Elk and long eared Deer. It was brilliant and great to experience as a solo traveller.

We booked a full-day tour with Radventures and came away thrilled. Lake Louise and Moraine Lake were the highlights we'll never forget, and both lived up to everything we'd heard. What really set the day apart, though, was Kelly. She paid attention to what our group had and hadn't already seen, and built in a couple of unplanned stops because of it. We pulled over along the Bow River to watch a train come around the bend, and she took us to Marble Canyon, neither of which was on the itinerary. Both turned out to be favorites. That kind of read-the-room guiding is hard to fake. Kelly knew the area cold and clearly cared about giving us a day that fit us specifically.

Aaron was knowledgeable, accommodating, and best of all, super hilarious. We had such an extraordinary hike with him. He always checked in with each member of our group. Scouted ahead to find the best spots for vistas and photo opps. He seemed like the Mayor of Lake Moraine. He also decorated the bus for our friends 40th birthday which made it all the more special. What a guy!

From start to finish our experience with Radventures exceeded expectations. A day prior I received communications with clear instructions on where to meet our guide. The entire tour went as smooth as possible with lots of information and just the right amount of time spent at each stop.

I’m another person who was there at moraine lake this morning who witnessed this tour guide disrespectfully pass everyone who was there first. We all understand it’s a shared space, however for 3 hours before your tour got there at the last second, everyone was respectfully sharing the space. People who wanted a better view went lower on the rock pile so they didn’t block the view of the people who were there since 4 am. When you have 50 tours, hundreds of people all respecting shared spaces, and your guide comes in and just passes everyone without saying anything and just puts his group right in the view of everyone else, not even trying to be respectful, is just ridiculous. Out of hundreds of people no one did this but your company. Everyone went early and withstood the cold just to get a nice view. Tell me why your tour company disrespects all other people when everyone else was respecting each other? Even if he just waited 5 more minutes it would have been fine because one the sun hit the mountains people started moving around and taking respectful photos of each other. He just walked right through everyone and said excuse me and put 15 people in front of everyone on the rock pile and blocked everyone’s view. This was absolutely disgusting and disrespectful and no one who has any respect should use your guide company.

Absolutely disrespectful tour guide. No respect for people around him or other people’s experiences. Talks about “shared” space and comes in last second (after everyone else was there since 4am) and squeezes through the crowd of 100 people with his group and blocks the view of everyone else. Very fake and disrespectful. I would never support this company.

We had a fantastic time on the Sunrise Tour with our guide, Bee! We had plenty of time to enjoy both Moraine Lake and Lake Louise without ever feeling rushed. Bee shared lots of great information throughout the tour and gave us some really helpful tips for the rest of our time in the area. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff!
