Amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly tour guide! The full-day excursion took us to three wineries in the Right Bank area (Chateau de La Dauphine, Chateau Bellevue, Chateau Palais Cardinal). The guide seemed to know the wine-making community quite well and had a lot of interesting information to share about each stop. There was a break in Saint Emilion for lunch that was a bit brief, but in the end I think we appreciated that so we could see more wineries. We had originally thought we would take public transport to Saint Emilion and figure out the logistics of visiting several wineries ourselves, but this was a MUCH better alternative.

Excellent tour of St Emilion wines and historical village. Kariim was an outstanding host, with great conversational knowledge of Bordeaux wines and local culture. The samplings of Pemerol and St Emilion wines were excellent, and changed my views on the very enjoyable wines of Bordeaux.

A must do day trip!
We went on this trip in September 2024. Jerome, our tour guide was very friendly and personalized the whole trip knowing our interest. He presented us a good historical perspective of the old castle Hohenbaden and folklores, then we walked around Baden-Baden townships, parks, market areas and had delicious lunch at a famous Bavarian restaurant. After lunch we explored some hidden treasures in Baden-Wuerttemberg, enjoyed the beauty of waterfall in Black Forest national park, tried delicious Black Forest cake by the Lake Mummlesee and of course enjoyed the legendary stories of the King and mermaids. He also drove us around picturesque vineyards and we learned a lot about the surrounding area from him. Thanks to Ophorus tour and we highly recommend this trip.
