She was very accommodating as my partner is recovering from being hit by a truck, so this was a very special outing for us. The information about the area never stopped with our guide. De gids Pascal weet enorm veel. Misschien is zijn valkuil omdat allemaal te vertellen. Te veel aan het woord dus. Miste tijd om enig museum te bezoeken, waardoor er veel woorden gebruikt werden en te weinig beeld. Luisteren: bij start , op Omaha bij monument, in bunker bij pointe du hoc , luisteren op strand en bij museum Utah en luisteren terwijl we ons verplaatsen met de bus. Het leek wel of Pascal van de 8 uur aan 6 uur aan het woord was. Ook de Groepsgrootte zou 8 personen, was nu verdubbeld. Kortom veel woorden te weinig gezien. Dag later hebben we de overige stranden gedaan met de Pegasus brug incl . 2 x museum. Enorme schat van informatie opgedaan op eigen middelen zonder gids. Hierdoor heb ik de prijs kwaliteit verhouding op slecht beoordeeld

We were pleasantly surprised that the tour happened in a van with only 5 guests rather than a bus. Our guide Laurent was highly knowledgeable and kept the schedule relaxed while adding more attractions.

Wonderful Tour – Highly Recommended!

I had an amazing time on this tour! I visited on May 6 and was pleasantly surprised to see that these picturesque villages still had their charming Easter decorations up—it added a lovely festive touch. Every street in Kaysersberg and Riquewihr was so beautiful, it was hard not to stop and take a photo at every corner! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the small group size— it made for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Our guide was fantastic: easy to hear and follow, very informative, and kind. He even gave me a great recommendation for a hike to the Three Castles of Ribeauvillé, which I did the next day—and it turned out to be one of the absolute highlights of my trip! The views were spectacular. Thank you for that tip! We had just the right amount of free time to wander, take photos, and pick up some Alsace goodies to bring home. I liked the photo stop at the church in Hunawihr. It was especially beautiful and peaceful.This tour was a truly excellent experience and fantastic value for money. Thank you for a memorable day!
