Reviews for Ophorus

Wonderful way to see the region

We had an excellent experience on this tour, highly recommend. For a one day tour it did a great job of showing us the highlights of the beautiful villages in this region. We loved all four stops - each was unique and interesting, and felt long enough to have a quick look around. We had a fabulous tour guide, Laurent, who found the perfect balance of sharing interesting information without overloading it. Bonus thanks for him for excellent restaurant recommendations.

Great half day out amongst the vines.

It was great to get out of Colmar and visit a couple of small villages along with our tastings. The two tastings were quite different so good to compare and contrast.

We went on far more than a wine tasting tour. Our guide Alex was a fabulous narrator and able to draw on his own knowledge of history, art and geography to bring to life the origins of viticulture in such a unique way and set our tour in such brilliant context way beyond expectation. We all learned so much and had such an interactive and informative trip with our guide and friendly hosts. Memorable with learnings that will last far beyond the event itself.

I had a great experience with the Saint-Emillion wine tour. Our tour guide, Anne, was very informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend it especially if you like easy to drink red wines.
