This tour was definitely better than we were expecting. There is no way you could see & do all of the things we did that day on your own. The wine tastings and vineyard tours were all excellent, and our guide, Carol, was awesome. We did a ton of research before our trip to try to find all the best places to eat… but the 2 spots she sent us to were the top 2 in the end. I absolutely recommend doing this tour as well as the St Emilion full day tour.

I really liked the convenience of the meeting place and our tour guide, Magalie, was amazing. She has so much information to share and it was easy to see that she loves what she is doing. the transportation itself was a bit rough - the van was clean, but it felt like a lot of driving between each location. I felt a little rushed from site to site, because we had to drive to the next place. this time was filled with more information sharing and wasn't a waste of time, it just felt a little long.

We had a wonderful time on our tour! Our multilingual, six-person group was heartily led by Thierry, who led mostly in English but would switch to French briefly for the benefit of a youngster who was traveling with her mom on a school holiday. Thierry was extremely well-versed in the history of the sites on our tour: the castle at Haut Koenigsbourg and the towns of Riquewihr and Eguisheim. The castle is high on a hill and weather can change quickly, so be sure to have a jacket and an umbrella with you, especially in autumn. Thierry was a guide at the castle for four years, and knew all the ins-and-outs. Near the end of his tour, when he was excited to show us the view from the top, the fog had rolled in, unfortunately! The stop in Riquewihr is just enough time to find lunch on your own, but for those wishing to do a little souvenir shopping, be aware that lunches tend to linger. We had a lovely wine tasting with a warm host, and ended up with a couple of good bottles to take back with us. Thierry then took us on a walk of the quaint village of Eguisheim and explained its history as a double-walled layout, its half-timbered housing, its notoriety as the birthplace of an Alsatian pope (Leo IX), and customs such as door decorations. All in all, a fun one-day tour with the intimacy of a private tour but also the opportunity to meet and spend the day with a few other people from other parts of the world.

A pleasant day trip
A well run tour with a knowledgeable guide. A nice mix of guided tour and free time at each chateaux. A lot of walking and climbing involved. A fair bit of driving, but that can't be helped. When we went in mid-October crowds were not bad. Even in October the gardens were attractive. There is nice stop for lunch in a small village.

Wonderful vineyard tour!
This was a wonderful 1/2 day excursion. Valentine was an excellent knowledgeable guide, but also so wam and approachable. Our time in the van was just as enjoyable as the time actually spent touring vineyards and tasting wine. Would highly recommend this tour to novice and more knowledgeable wine enthusiasts!

Excelente experiencia. Visitamos 3 viñedos, dos en Saint Emilion y uno en Pomerol. Nuestra guia Julie nos explico sobre la zona, las diferencias entre los vinos de la orilla izquierda y derecha si como del area de Pomerol. Tuvimos la oportunidad de almorzar cerca de la iglesia y caminar por el area.

My husband is a sommelier and when we reached out to the tour company they, Rodolphe, and the vineyards they chose made sure to make it an extra special visit for him. We could not be happier. The trip to Domme, Beynac and the Dordogne boat ride was as described and we had had a lovely time. The icing on the cake was our guide Benoit who made all the difference. He was an excellent driver and gave us a descriptive insight of the history and the entire Sarlat region comprising of Domme and Beynac. We would still have enjoyed if not for the intermittent rain especially during the Dordogne boat ride. The commentary and explanation given during the boat ride was excellent and very informative. We wish all the best to Benoit👍
