Empire Bldg at Sunset
Empire State Bldg at Sunset was wonderful. Snsetvwas at aporox 8:45pm and we got there at 7:00pm. I accidentally booked non refundable tickets and was not able to go but booked another reservation thru Marriott concierge sane day and it wss cheaper and easier. Empire SB museum is wonerful and worth spending some time.

Fantastic experience. Great Views over the city
Easy booking experience. Links to tickets sent via email. No need to print off. Staff friendly and informative. Great views over the city from the 87th floor viewing deck. Didn’t go further up after reading other reviews that you don’t get clearing view through the glass windows (but can’t advise on that. Our experience was fantastic.

Se si vuol vedere New York dall’alto e sicuramente uno storico edificio bisogna per forza visitare l’empire state building. Un pezzo della storia americana. All’86esimo piano si può uscire su un balcone e fare foto esterne. Non il più bello osservatorio di New York ma vale la pena.

Spent a fun afternoon here. You can buy tickets there which was helpful as we were not sure when it would fit into our schedule. Amazing views and the staff from getting your ticket, security, elevator rides, everywhere, kind and professional.

Empire State Building/ Amazing Views and Great Customer Service
Our visit to the Empire State Building was wonderful! We went at night to see the city lights and the views were amazing! The inside of the building is also beautiful. We booked our passes using the CityGo Pass. I made a mistake in the booking process and Sharon at the Empire State Building immediately jumped in to help us. Her customer service was top notch and we were extremely grateful for her assistance.

This experience was phenomenal. The views were amazing, the staff was professional and customer friendly at all times, and learning the history of the building was great. I would highly recommend this tour and the only thing I regret was not purchasing the tickets to admire the views from the 106th floor. This experience was definitely worth the price!!

Wahrzeichen, sehr zu empfehlen
Ich wollte schon immer zum empire state building. Es ist einmalig. Vorher Tickets gebucht und gleich zur 86. Etage hoch gefahren. Einfach nur wunderbar,besonders der Ausblick von der höchsten Etage.

This review is long overdue. We spent three days in New York back in May 2025. Two dad's and two daughters. We had no idea that the Empire State building was going to be one of the highlights of our sighting weekend when we booked it. Turned out it was one of the best decisions we made. We chose the tour that included the 86th floor and the views were unbelievable. The best part though, hands-down, was the warm and kind welcoming we got from Renita Edmond. She made the trip. Her energy and her great personality and her willingness to educate and share her experiences of New York City with us were something we talked about for the rest of our trip. A huge thank you to Renita!

An historic trip to the sky!
First time booking activities with Viator - the ESB experience was seamless - the timed entrance is very strictly enforced so don’t arrive early. The staff have the process down and there is no waiting around. The views are amazing but the pre trip to the top is made extra special with some very cool interactive history. I paid extra to go to the 106 floor observation with was $76 for the two of us. Well worth going that bit higher and having the 360 degree view.

I had a good time at the 86th floor of the Empire State building. The view was incredible, despite the fact it was cloudy when I was up there. I booked my reservation at 8:30 through their official website, so I was able to skip ahead of the line outside. The staff are pleasant and attentive. Sharon, specifically, was very helpful to me and even took some photos of me before it got crowded with guests. If you haven't been here yet, definitely come check it out, the view is unlike anything else in NYC.

Spectacular Scenery from the Empire State Building
We travelled as a family of four-two adults and two teenagers and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Empire State Building. From entering the building with the different photo opportunities, informative and interactive displays to the actual lift up to and the actual viewing decks. This was an amazing experience. I am scared of heights but felt quite calm throughout. The staff are very friendly and will take photos for you if needed. The views are amazing, especially on the 86th floor observation deck. We’d highly recommend this experience as a way of seeing the NYC skyline.

Amazed!
Beside the amazing scenery at one of the highest levels my wife and I have ever been. We also appreciated the wonderful employees that were there such as Ms. Bibbi and Ms. Charisma! Very kind, educating and joyful to talk to about New York and the Empire State experiences. I definitely recommend visiting!

Amazing night views across the city.
A great visit. We went in the evening, I was amazed that there were no queues at all. Straight in. Lots of info and things to look at one the way up - I expect designed to keep people entertained while queuing. Spectacular views 360 across NY. Highly recommend. It’s definitely a must do.
