Very Friendly and Kind but too many Spending points
Very Nice building and amazing tours, Staff was super friendly and kind the viewpoint from the 86th Floor was absolutely Stunning however you have to pay a lot extra to see Floor 102 overall super fun but too many expensive purchases on the way as you walk up the building.

Don’t purchase the express pass
We purchased express passes to the 102 floor. They passes were not recognized and we waited with tons of people. Not sure if the staff doesn’t understand the express pass but it’s a rip off. Very disappointing.
