Wir hatten ein Ticket für 21:00 Uhr - waren aber schon viel früher dort. Es war überhaupt kein Problem die Tickets am Automaten auf eine andere Uhrzeit umstellen zu lassen. Das Personal Vorort war super nett und hatte Spaß an der Arbeit. Das Wetter hätte besser sein können, aber dafür kann ja keiner was.

one of staff may contain some bad attitude towards tourists
I had a negative experience with the reception staff on the first floor. The attitude of the person at the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive. It seemed like they were unwilling to assist, and there was even a moment where they possibly made a discriminatory gesture, such as spitting, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and it really left a bad impression of the service.

Such an amazing experience and the views were awesome!!! It was more than just the building had lots of other great exhibits that were just as amazing.

Tolles Erlebnis mit super tollem Ausblick. Der Ablauf lief zügig und reibungslos. Allerdings finde ich den Preis etwas zu hoch.
