This was such a spontaneous booking for me because I was passing by and I couldn’t grasp the height of the Empire State Building from the ground. I got a ticket and it turned out to be the best thing. It was such an immersive experience from the entrance to the 86th floor. We were given a tour of the building via its museum which I thought was brilliant before moving to the 80th and 86th floors. All the staff members were excellent but the views most importantly were incredible. The was no glass barriers which I find really annoying so you can get crisp views. Also, I booked the 10:45 slot and it was perfect with little to know crowds. I absolutely recommend.
