A wonderful experience!
We booked a VIP premium experience tour for the morning of our last day in the city. You take a chance on weather and today we were socked in with clouds, drizzle and zero visibility! But, we had Renita as our ambassador and I for that we hit the jackpot! Her knowledge about and passion for the Empire State Building is palpable and we soaked it up like a sponge! And because of the weather it was like we had the place to ourselves! She made sure that we had an incredible experience and even gave us a voucher to use in the future since we missed out on the views! The entire experience and everyone we encountered was friendly and professional and Renita was the best of the best!

Ein sehr tolles Erlebnis war es! Wir haben es sehr genossen zum Sonnenaufgang dagesessen zu sein. Natürlich könnte es günstiger sein. Gerade als Familie mit mehreren Kindern. Wir waren mit unserem Sohn (19 Jahre) da. Mussten somit 3x Erwachsenenpreise zahlen. Trotzem war es ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Danke

One of the best experiences ever
We visited on a Friday so it was a lot quieter than we expected though still busy. We paid for the whole experience which I wasn’t sure about but was most definitely worth it. We visited 80th 86th and 102nd floor. The 86th gave us the iconic views and the location again of so many films. As it wasn’t as busy we were able to spend lots of time looking at all the views without feeling rushed. The museum area gave lots of insights into the construction of the building. I especially Loved the King Kong corner for a fab photo op. The 102nd floor has completely unobstructed views with floor to ceiling glass but was so much smaller so Can imagine it being cramped and rushed on busier days but we loved the experience.

Well-worth doing!
A New York icon, this is well-worth doing. There's some information and a little museum on the way up, but the star of the show is the observation deck. While busy, it wasn't too crowded and you had ample opportunity to enjoy the view in 360 and take photos. The staff were friendly and helpful and the whole system ran very efficiently.

Great museum!
Very cool museum. Clean. Went on a cloudy day and there was no wait. Our teenagers really liked it. Spent about an hour.

notre guide Abbes etait tres avenant et pro. bilingue anglais francais il nous a commente tout le long du parcours les monuments et l histoire du parc. il s est arrete aux points strategiques afin que nous puissions prendre des photos. il nous a conseilles sur d autres visites...tres sympa comme vakade sous le soleil......donc nous recommandons ...cela permet de visiter sans fatigue apres de grandes balades a pied..a refaire lors d une prochaine venue sur NY
