quintessential New York
When it comes to observation decks in New York, you have options. The Empire State Building has made it more than just an observatory, they've made it an experience. Even on the lower levels, it's not just a place to wait for an elevator, it's a museum. We just booked the 86th floor for a late afternoon time. It wasn't crowded and the weather was perfect.
