Empire State must go the 102nd - Class Customer Centric Experience
What an incredible experience at the Empire State Building tour! From the moment we arrived, every single team member made us feel welcomed, valued, and excited to be there. The views and exhibits are amazing, but it’s truly the people who work there that make the experience unforgettable. A special thank you to Derreck, Edwin 1, Edwin 2, and Atman for going above and beyond with their kindness, professionalism, and positive energy. Each of them added something special to our visit and made the entire experience feel first-class. Everyone we encountered was fantastic, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure guests had a memorable time. If you’re visiting New York City, the Empire State Building tour is an absolute must-do experience!
