Amazing snorkeling and land tour led by Roby and Adi. Took care of everyone on the boat including the young and the elder. Manage to swim beside Manta Rays as the crew was constantly checking around for sightings.

(Translated by Google) The snorkeling tour was absolutely fantastic! It was the best snorkeling tour I did on my entire Indonesian vacation. Everything was well-organized and coordinated. Our guides were incredibly friendly, provided excellent support in the water, and contributed to a wonderful atmosphere. The photos turned out great too 😊 Many, many thanks to Olog & Eric, we had a truly amazing time with you 🫶🏼 We saw manta rays and had a lot of fun and a great time overall. I would recommend bringing your own drinks (water was provided), as the Prosecco wasn't served until the end and there was no way to buy drinks from the operator (except perhaps at the beginning in the lounge). However, there was a cooler that kept our drinks cold. It's also advisable to bring your own breakfast/snack for the mornings. The only minor drawback was the very long wait for us to order lunch/for the food to arrive. It would be advisable to coordinate this better with the restaurant, as I couldn't use the pool/sea there because of it. It wasn't a big deal, but it would have made the experience even better. Alles war gut organisiert und gut koordiniert. Unsere Guides waren super freundlich, haben uns im Wasser gut begleitet und zu einer tollen Stimmung beigetragen. Die Fotos sind auch super geworden 😊 vielen vielen Dank an Olog & Eric, wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit mit euch 🫶🏼 Wir haben Mantas gesehen und auch sonst viel Spaß und eine gute Zeit gehabt. Ich würde empfehlen eigene Getränke mitzubringen (Wasser wurde gestellt), da es den Prosecco erst am Ende gab und keine Möglichkeit bestand Getränke vom Anbieter zu kaufen (wenn nur am Anfang in der Lounge). Dafür gab es eine Kühlbox, die unsere Getränke kühl gehalten hat. Ebenso empfiehlt es sich, eigenes Frühstück/Snack für morgens mitzubringen. Einziger Mini Minuspunkt - es hat sehr lange gedauert bis wir beim Mittagessen bestellen konnten/ das Essen kam. Hier wär es empfehlenswert, das mit dem Restaurant besser zu koordinieren, da ich so den Pool / Meer dort nicht nutzen konnte. War jetzt nicht tragisch, aber würde das Erlebnis noch besser machen. Trotzdem in Summe eine 12/10 🙌🏼

It was a wonderful experience with Bluuu Tours. We had booked a shared day tour to Nusa Penida, which included snorkeling, kelingking beach visit, lunch at amarta penida. Our guides ONEILL & ANA helped us for snorkeling. For non-swimmers and beginners, it's best to book with them. We got to see the coral reefs, lots of colorful fishes and manta ray. This is a very professionally run tour. Kadek and Tita were our assigned guides and they were amazing. We took the pick up and drop off option from our hotel for 600 000 IDR. It was timely and comfortable. The boat seated 13 people. We snorkelled 4 times, we saw reef mantarays up close, and had an amazing lunch. It is one of the best tours you can do from Bali in our opinion.

We had such a great experience with Bluuu on our private snorkeling trip in Bali. Our guide, Vicky, took amazing care of our family the whole day. We were traveling with 2 kids, and Vicky, the boat driver, and the crew were all so kind and helpful with the children the entire trip. What we really loved was how flexible the tour was. The team adjusted everything to fit our family and made us feel very comfortable. They also took underwater photos for us, which was such a nice bonus! The highlight of the day was definitely swimming with the manta rays. The waves were quite strong, and since we had kids with us, the team wanted to make sure we could get in safely and actually see the manta rays right away. And they totally delivered! We jumped into the water and saw several manta rays immediately — it was so exciting and honestly unforgettable. Highly recommend Bluuu for anyone looking for a snorkeling tour in Bali. The team is fantastic and really cares about giving you the best experience possible.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with Bluuu Tours on the First Class Nusa Penida snorkeling/ land day tour. Pick up from our villa in Seminyak was easy to organise, the preparation and explanation of each activity and the safety precautions were thorough, the tour guides (Nemo and Gede) were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable - 11/10 service and experience overall. We did end up seeing some manta rays, turtles and their understanding of the changing weather conditions and adaption of the tour around these really showed their experience and care for passengers. Would definitely recommend the First Class page, I always forget to take photos and videos so it made it so much easier to just enjoy the experience rather than think about keeping the memories.

We had a 11/10 experience, really, I don't say that often and we had a boat snorkeling tour already before in Bali, but this one is really worth it and I really have nothing to tell them they could improve. The staff is super friendly, funny, and kind! Greetings to Erik and Olog, you guys are awesome! 🙏 Besides that, they were always on time and punctual, which is special in Indonesia. The boat was clean and nice, they had cold drinks, snacks, clean and good snorkeling equipment which they disinfected in front of our eyes. The spots we went to, were also nice and we saw one turtle and 2 Mantas! There was always someone with us in the water and made sure everything is safe and no one goes missing. Very happy and worth the money, thanks for this great experience and keep up this service!

I had a time-stopping moment where a manta and I stared at each other for a few slow seconds before it gracefully swam away to check out other snorkelers. They are clearly intelligent, inquisitive creatures & I’ll never forget my encounter. 10/10! Staff: Ana & Sandy were fantastic guides. They continually ensured everyone’s safety the entire day & I couldn’t be more thankful to have them as our tour guides. I personally witnessed them doing constant headcounts. They were fun & humorous to be around while remaining strict on safety. While in the water, they always made sure we got to see any marine life they had spotted before moving on. Shoutout to the captain & boat crew who also worked collaboratively with our guides and kept everyone safe. While on land, the other Bluuu guides treated us kindly & caringly with genuine interest in conversation/getting to know guests. The same applies to the main office staff also. Booking: We did the classic shared tour. I believe it is excellent value for money & great for your first snorkelling trip in Bali. My partner stated the booking process was smooth & policies were clearly explained with an optional, flexible insurance add-on for injuries or cancellations, which we were happy to purchase (with no pressure). We will definitely book a private tour with Bluuu next time we come to Bali for a more personalised experience. Transport: Transportation was on time both ways & was provided with professionalism. The land tour drives were very clearly explained, several times throughout the day, to be bumpy. This was not an issue as we all knew what we were in for. Water: The water can be rough, particularly at Manta Point. As long as you are honest about your capabilities, you will be safe & accommodated. Everyone was well looked after. The boat crew/guides were readily available to help with gear & ready to assist anyone out of the water if needed. Comfort: Guests were given the option of sea sickness medication which was an excellent attention to detail from Bluuu. Various seating options on the boat including; shade, sun & upper seating. Staff were always ready to assist with gear. Cold water & fruit were provided several times throughout the day. Bluuu clearly has a focus on keeping energy & hydration levels up. Towels were provided both on & off the boat. We came back to fresh face & body towels. Value for money: It’s obvious that Bluuu has set up these tours to provide everyone the best value for money within the timeframe. Although the land tour was not my cup of tea (lots of people) other guests loved it. Our guides brought ladders to get the best pictures for us. Lunch was great. We had the option to relax & swim in a pool too. As someone who does not own an underwater camera, I loved snorkelling stress-free knowing photos & videos were being taken for me. I truly had a fantastic time & would put this at the top of my list of activities to do in Bali. Thanks again!

Went on a boat tour for a friend’s birthday and wow it didn’t disappoint. I’ve never snorkelled before but saw manta rays, beautiful corals and turtles. The highlight for me was the coral snorkelling, it was just beautiful. We then went and got lunch at La Rossa which also tasted great. Just a great day overall.

Start with pick up are on time and clean car, the waiting area very comfortable and next level, we got tour briefing, Everything was extremely organized and professional from start to finish. The staff was punctual, friendly, and made the entire trip smooth and stress-free. The boat was comfortable, clean, and well-prepared, and the guides were knowledgeable and attentive throughout the tour. The highlight of the day was definitely the snorkeling experience with the majestic manta rays. Seeing these beautiful creatures glide gracefully through the water was absolutely unforgettable and felt like a once-in-a-lifetime moment. The guides made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable in the water while also respecting the marine environment. The resto for lunch incredibly beautiful place to chill and very nice food. This was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. We went in not knowing what to expect, and it completely exceeded everything. The whole team was amazing, especially our guide Tim he made sure we had the best time and captured the experience perfectly I’d definitely recommend Bluuu for first timers, and if you can, ask for Tim as your guide/photographer you won’t regret it.

If I could go higher than 5/5 I would. I took the BLUU Classic shared tour and it was fantastic! Danny & Cico (sp?) were excellent. Can't remember what the Captain & deckhands names were but they too were top notch. The company is a well oiled machine and attention to detail is impressive. (guides meet n greet upon arrival before you check in, inclusions - water on board, towels, lunch, watermelon snack, sea sickness tablets - assistance getting back in the boat after snorkeling, refresher towels upon return to the office (nice touch), along with available showers. Oh, and a link to all the videos taken by the guides. I thought we had to pay for it, but it was included in the price. Excellent value for money. You won't be disappointed. The guides were very informative and willing to share tips that made the experience even better. It also helped that we had an amazingly calm day. I hadn't snorkeled for awhile so I appreciated the 'easing into it' style with an easy calm area, to ensure everyone was comfortable with their equipment, then a drift snorkel where we saw one turtle after another. The next stop had loads of fish, then onto a fabulous lunch and hangout on the island. We skipped the T-Rex photo op/land tour due to heavy congestion from the Red Bull cliff diving comp, much to the majority of the groups delight. This meant we went to more snorkeling spots and then the main event of snorkeling with manta! WOW WOW WOW. At one point I had 6 manta in my line of site. It was incredible. The visibility wasn't as good as the other spots, but the manta came so close that it didn't matter. There's a reason why BLUUU receives so many 5 star reviews. These guys are amazing.
