In the description there are 10 visit points, as if they were stops for photos and guided tour. In fact, there were only two stops. Mansa Bay Island on Athol Island and a very quick stop of about 10 minutes just next to Pearl Island for the snorkel, without disembarking on the beach. It is unfortunate to be so fast and in a hurry. The 4-hour option you spend longer in Mansa Bay waiting for another boat to pick up. Moreover, the service and food are good, also the photos included, soft drinks and water at will. The little ones pigs are an attraction apart. Lots of cute

The office is a 4 minute...

The office is a 4 minute walk from the port, super easy to get too! The food was so good especially after swimming! You feed the pigs and have complimentary pictures. Highly recommend !!

Reason for going to the Bahamas!

Once I heard about the swimming pig beach I had to book a trip to the Bahamas. Even better, I decided to go on my birthday. It was a wonderful time and I would do it again! The pigs were cute, feeding them was fun, and being able to hold a baby pig while their professional photographer took pics tied the trip all together. Definitely do the extended tour so you get lunch, a chance to go snorkeling, and the opportunity to see the pigs twice!

Awesome!

This was a fun excursion. Check in was a breeze. Boarding the boat was smooth. The boat was very clean and nice. Short ride to the bay. Everyone was very friendly and gave detailed instructions. The pigs were huge, fun, and very docile. They do poop in the sand and water but someone was always there to scoop it so it wasn’t super gross. The baby pigs were adorable, however I’m not sure how they allowed over 100 people to hold them for pictures. I’m not sure if they are that chill or drugged lol. Food was so so. Rum punch was great. Plenty of activities to do for the kids. We did the extended excursion so we went snorkeling at the end and it was beautiful. Crystal clear water and lots of fish. I would recommend.

The beach was very rocky. My husband and I, who had both had recent surgeries, had a very difficult time walking in the beach.

Unforgettable experience

This was hands down one of the best excursions we’ve ever done! Our cruise ship docked later than expected, and the crew immediately accommodated us without any stress or hassle. Their kindness and professionalism set the tone for an incredible day. The entire experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. The crew went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. A special shout-out to Millie, who was so sweet, welcoming, and made us feel right at home! Swimming with the pigs was an unforgettable experience—they were adorable! The snorkeling was beautiful, the private beach was stunning, and lunch was delicious. Having free drinks available all day was such a nice bonus and made the day even more relaxing. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared that everyone had an amazing time. My family loved every single second of this excursion, and we made memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re visiting Nassau, don’t hesitate to book this tour. I highly recommend it—you won’t be disappointed!

100% recommend! SO GOOD!

From the time of booking, all the way to the end…everything was seamless and perfect! I know booking online through a third-party can probably make some people nervous… well let me tell you that this excursion and the company that runs the excursion over exceeded our expectations. They were very good at communication. They also made us feel extremely safe and taken care of. The private island that we went to, called “Mansa Bay” is very nice… and they are only adding to it and building it up even more into something amazing. We can’t wait to go back. It was also extremely clean and they took care of cleaning up after the pigs. The instructions they gave us on being safe and making sure that we were safe was very detailed. The staff at the meeting place in the office, the staff on the boat ride over to the island and the entire Seth on the island all made us feel very welcomed, and they were very professional! They were also funny and fun to be around! In addition, the food that they served us was absolutely delicious! We recommend this excursion over and over again!! We will definitely be using them again!

Nice but a bit overcrowded on the boat to get there.

Overall, it was a good experience. The private beach was very nice, and the lunch was very good. However, the boat to get there was very overcrowded with not enough seats for all the passengers. The snorkeling was also a bit rushed and unorganized. The pig experience was cool but also overcrowed. Please be aware of the bad current near the jetties if you try to snorkel from the beach. I would recommend waiting to snorkel from the boat later.

Such a fun excursion for...

Such a fun excursion for Nassau. We had the 4 hour option which gave us more time on the island of ‘Mansa Bay’ and it was 100% worth it. They provided unlimited water, soda, and rum punch. Had a water trampoline, beach volleyball, cornhole, and tons of lounge chairs with umbrellas. Didn’t get much time to snorkel so if you are looking for a more heavy snorkel excursion don’t do this one. But for the pigs and beach it’s definitely worth it.

Had a blast!

10/10 for the directions, boat, food, rum punch, beach, pigs, activities… my only complaint (or two) no music on the island today - kind of a bummer but not really their fault with the WiFi problems and it was very unorganized getting back. Boats kept coming and going but no one was calling groups or helping us get back on time, we ended up going an hour over (not complaining but we did have a cruise to get back to) and still were unsure if we were in the right place. No one we originally went out with was on our boat back. There were 2,3 and 4+ hour excursions all together. Go for it and book this but make sure you know when and where things are!!

Everything you need to know. An honest review.

I was originally going to give this a 3-star rating purely for the experience, however the crew went above and beyond to make it different from the others. It’s a 20 minute boat ride to get to the private beach. If you are not in one of the first 2 groups you might not get a chair or umbrella, so make sure to get in one of the earlier groups. There are other tour groups that get shuttled to and from the beach while you are there too, however it’s still fun and have plenty of room to play. We spent about 2.5 hours on the beach. They did an excellent job of explaining the safety side of feeding the pigs and made it a fun atmosphere. The pigs were held in a different location on the beach, then released for about 20 minutes to let people feed and pet them. After they were all fed they put them back in their holding area. I envisioned them being on the beach the whole time, however after seeing how much they used the bathroom on the beach, I wasn’t upset when they were put back up. The crew did the best they could at retrieving the pig waste that was on the beach and in the water. Lunch was also provided and was decent. My father-in-law said the fish and chips were great. After the 2.5 hours, the crew drove us to a reef just off the beach. We were told only 20 minutes were allowed for snorkeling. This was the part I was looking forward to. On the bright side, the reef was covered in tropical fish. Although we were in there for an abbreviated time, there was plenty to see. After the brief snorkeling time, we took the 20 minute return boat ride. Finally, throughout the trip, there is a dedicated worker taking pictures of all the families during the excursions. They sent us a link to the pictures the next day. We ended up with over 40 pictures of the family! This was included in the price. We were able to download them for FREE. This was a game changer and single handily bumped my rating from a 3 to a 4 star. As long as you go into this excursion expecting more beach time than snorkeling, then this will be a good experience. Just get there early.

Great time with family

Our family had a wonderful experience on the Swimming with the Pigs excursion! There was so much to do, and everyone in our family found something they loved. We fed the pigs, held an adorable baby piglet, took pictures on the beautiful swing in the ocean, and our son had an absolute blast on the water trampoline and in the clear kayak. The views at Mansa Bay were absolutely stunning. What made this excursion especially memorable for us was how kind and accommodating the staff were. Our daughter has a physical disability, and every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to help. They assisted my husband with safely transferring her on and off the boat to Mansa Bay and made sure she was able to participate in feeding the pigs. It meant so much to our family that they took the time to make the experience accessible and inclusive. After Mansa Bay, we were taken to a snorkeling spot that was absolutely beautiful. Once again, the crew did a fantastic job helping everyone get safely in and out of the water and making sure everyone was comfortable. The only downside—and the reason for four stars instead of five—is that the 2½-hour excursion simply isn’t long enough. Since the tour begins on the mainland, a good portion of the time is spent traveling, leaving only about 40–45 minutes to actually enjoy Mansa Bay. That time also includes waiting for lunch. Unfortunately, our group was called last for food, so we had no time to eat before boarding the boat again. We ended up carrying four trays of food back onto the boat, and after the ride to the snorkeling area and then back to the mainland, our lunch had been sitting out in the hot sun. Overall, this was a fun, memorable excursion with an incredible staff that truly cares about their guests. If the time at Mansa Bay were at least an 1½-hour it would have been a perfect experience.
