Learn about the cultivation of coffee trees and how the beans are harvested, washed, and dried. After discovering the harvest process, get a sense for the threshing and roasting procedures, one of the most important steps in coffee-making. Finish your visit to the hacienda by savoring a freshly-brewed cup of some of their local beans.
