Unfortunately I was unable to use the lounge because my flight was severely delayed and my pick up was already waiting outside for me. My guide was exceptional helpful in assisting us with our luggage. He was kind, respectful and made us feel at ease. I am only sorry that I didn't get a chance to tip and would like to reach out if possible. I look forwards to taking advantage of the lounge on departure.
