Guest will be accompanied by an experienced guide on a mountainous hike/trek through the Lattari Mountains located directly above the Castle of Lettere. Through-out the tour you will have numerous opportunities to capture photos of the incredible vistas, natural flora and fauna. The hike will last a total of three hours. During a one-hour break, you will enjoy a traditional lunch provided at a breath-taking panorama look-out. After the hike has been completed, the tour will end with a guided tour of the medieval Castle of Lettere.

Our hiking/trekking tour is perfect for those that enjoy vigorous activity while taking in the natural beauty of the Sorrento Peninsula and the Lattari Mountains. You will transported via coach or car to the trail head in Lettere from Sorrento. The hike is only for those in good physical condition. You will be provided a backpack as well as lunch tote. Along the trail, you will also get to experience the Caves of San Benedetto, where the Benedictine hermit monks once retired to pray and live in solitude. Included in the tour price is a traditional Italian cold lunch with drinks that you will enjoy while taking in views from one of the many panoramic stops where you can see all the way to Mt. Vesuvius and Naples. Finally, your experience will end with a guided tour of the medieval Castle of Lettere.
