Guided by one of Sorrento's most famous gastronomical tour guides with more than 30 years of experience, you will enjoy a full day of fine Italian food and wine. You will transported via coach or car to Lettere from Sorrento. With the assistance of the top chefs of San Lorenzo Hotel (formerly known as La Canonica) in Lettere, you'll discover the unique flavors of the Lattari Mountains, the Sorrento Peninsula and the Amalfi Coast while learning the traditional ways of life in Lettere. As a part of the class you will learn to cook at least three traditional Italian dishes. After you have completed your class, you will enjoy what you have just prepared for lunch with several wines to accompany your meal. Finally, your experience will end with a guided tour of the medieval Castle of Lettere.
