You journey will start in the north of the island where you will visit the plantation of Diogo Vaz.
You will discover how cocoa is cultivated, and taste fresh cocoa beans (depending on availability). Then you will visit the transformation center, where beans are collected, fermented, dried and then bagged for exportation.
Then you may enjoy a coffee break with chocolate tasting in the newly renovated colonial house.
After lunch, we will enjoy sightseeing in the Northern area (Santa Catarina Tunnel, Blue Lagoon, Agostinho Neto plantation) and go back to the Capital for a visit to Claudio Corallo factory at 16h30.
