Bradenton Beach & Anna Maria Island Parasailing

Our launch point is located at 402 Church Ave in the Bradenton Beach Marina. Our ticket booth is located on the deck just beside the Cortez Bridge.

Plenty of free parking is available at Bradenton Beach Marina. Please arrive **at least 25 minutes** before your scheduled trip time to ensure a timely departure. Look for our red, white, and blue boat docked by the Nautilus Bar.

Our parasailing trips run every hour and a half or less, depending on how many people are onboard. Each flight goes up for about 10 minutes.

Parasailing is a highly regulated industry governed by the FAA. Parasail operators can let up to 800 feet of line out but have a legal ceiling of operating at 400 feet above sea level. We cannot accommodate any requests to go higher than that ceiling.

Gratuity is not included in the cost of your trip. We ask everyone to please remember that our captains and mates are in the service industry and rely heavily on gratuity. We recommend a gratuity of 20% or more. If your captain and mate helped you to have a great trip, be sure to thank them!

Yes, waivers are required for every customer who goes on an excursion with us. If you book online, you will have the option to fill out the waiver once you book. Our waivers are also available on our website under the waivers tab. You may also fill out waivers at our ticket booth upon your arrival.

We recommend bringing sunscreen, sunglasses, and a bottle of water! Also, bringing cash to tip the crew is greatly appreciated!

Casual dress, such as shorts, bathing suits, and tees, is recommended. The captain may dip your toes in the water!

Yes, parasailing in Bradenton Beach is extremely safe for beginners and families. Children as young as 5 years old can parasail with an adult, and absolutely no prior experience is required. Sea Rocket uses USCG-licensed captains, state-of-the-art CWS Ocean Pro boats, and hydraulic winch systems for smooth, controlled takeoffs and landings. We have flown thousands of passengers safely over the Gulf of Mexico with a perfect safety record and zero incidents.

Minimum age is 5 years old (children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult). Weight limits are 40-450 lbs per person. For tandem and triple flights, the combined weight limit is 450 lbs total. There is no maximum age limit—parasailing is suitable for all ages in good health!
