- A 25% deposit is required when you book your tour. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and helps us prepare your experience.
- We keep our tours private and limited to five guests.
- If weather makes it unsafe or unenjoyable to proceed, we’ll reschedule or offer a full refund.
- Plan to wear layers. The weather can change.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early so we can start on time. Our guides plan each tour carefully, and this helps ensure you get the full experience.
- Comfortable walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle. A little preparation goes a long way to help you enjoy every moment.
- Tipping is never required but always appreciated. It goes directly to your guide, who works hard to make your experience memorable.
Cancellation
Cancellation Cutoff: 14 days
Cancellation Notes: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required when booking. If you cancel more than 14 days before your tour, you’ll receive a refund for any additional payments. Cancellations made within 14 days of your tour are non-refundable, as guides and resources are already reserved. If My XO Adventures must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
