Andean art workshop in Maras: painting and pottery

Visit an artisan's home in Maras and learn how to mold ceramics to create pottery pieces. Also, learn oil painting using Andean techniques.

- At pick up the driver will ask for you at the hotel's front desk and guide you to your private transportation.

- Once in the vehicle, you will head towards Maras through a route of snowy mountains and fields.

- Once in the community, Yuri will give you a warm welcome and a house tour.

- You will participate in a pottery workshop, get the chance to mold clay with a variety of ceramic molds, giving shape to your creations.

- You will take part in a painting workshop, and with Yuri's help draw a sketch which then you will paint with different kinds of paint oils combining colors and techniques.

- Once the experience finishes, you will return to your hotel.

*Three hours of learning and trying out authentic artistical Andean techniques.
