Redemption information
• Guests are free to remain in Ostia after the tour if they so choose but they will be unaccompanied. Return train tickets are provided to all customers.
• If you have difficulty finding the meeting point for your tour or if you have any other issue requiring urgent attention, please phone +39 06 8336 0561.
• It is the individual responsibility of all visitors to arrive at the designated meeting point 15 minutes prior to the departure time and present their tour voucher to the tour coordinator/guide. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals. Missed tours or tickets due to late arrivals cannot be refunded.
• Our City Wonders guides will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.
• This tour involves a fair amount of walking; comfortable shoes are recommended.

• Please note that, for those who want to spend the rest of the day in relax, there is a beach near Ostia Antica, which can be visited unaccompanied after the tour. Your CW guide will give directions to go to the beach.
• In case of a transport strike or other unforeseeable problems with the public transport system, a minibus will be provided at no extra cost to transport the clients to and from Ancient Ostia. The meeting point will remain invariable.
• We recommend bringing beachwear along for clients interested in visiting the beach of Ostia unaccompanied after the tour.
• Children under the age of 18 might be requested to show their ID card at the entrance of the site, so please bring it with you on the tour.
