Stand up Paddle boarding (SUP) is fun and easy to learn! Once you've grasped the basics, it is great fun and perfect for keeping fit.
The stages of your your SUP course are split into two days!
DAY 1:
We will start with board posture, initial body positioning, basic general knowledge of the sea, currents etc and the correct rowing technique ...
Once in the water we will practice all kinds of initial and advanced exercises. These include; Balance in the water, knees and standing, various turns and navigation directions, technique to position the board, different types of paddling.
DAY 2:
Departure at sea with the instructor to take a guided tour and paddle on one of the most beautiful beaches in Denia. Here you will practice your skills learnt on day one, but with potentially more difficult conditions..paddling on the uneven sea (unless you are lucky with mirror-flat conditions!)
Once you have finished each day, and are back at the school, we offer fresh juice and obviously hot&cold showers to continue your day..salt free!
