Summary

This activity is much the same similar to that of a Pilates class, only it has the added difficulty that we are on the water! This creates an instability that we are not used to and will really work those stabilizing muscles! Its a great workout! We always try to plan our classes earlier in the morning, so that the water is mirror-flat and also the added benefit of an empty beach! It is so relaxing and we are certain after your first class, you will be addicted! Imagine it.. Alone in the sea with your board, that marine smell that intoxicates and opens the lungs, relaxation comes alone and the calm of the sea accompanies you. It is a perfect setting for breathing and perfect concentration for practicing Pilates.
